This is our first tent so I'm not sure how qualified I am to review a tent but here goes.
We bought this tent because we were really impressed by how roomy it felt due to the big windows.
We also liked the fact it had the bedrooms at the end rather than one on each side.
The living area is very spacious even for our family of six and we didn't feel cramped at all.
As for putting it up and packing away its an absolute doddle especially after watching the GO video on you tube.
All in all very happy with our purchase.

We purchased the Oasis 6 a couple of weeks ago whilst it was in the Go Outdoors sale. Having never camped before I spent months looking for the perfect tent for my family. (2 adults, 2 kids, age 2 and 4). We took our tent for a test run BH Monday and booked to stay for two nights. The tent is incredible heavy. Over 40kg so make sure two people carry the bags. It was simply enough to pitch, we too watched the you tube video which helped massively and we got the tent fully set up inc contents in around 1hr 20mins. The tent is spacious and the bedroom area fitted a single air bed, a ready bed and two large camp beds with some room to spare. As you know the BH Monday that has just passed was one of the wettest on record and I'm pleased to say the tent remained water tight and didn't budge in the gusts that came at us!
The porch is handy to cook food in and to store items however the rain was coming sideways so items in the porch did get wet as did I when I was making a cuppa. The windows are large and crystal clear making the tent bright and airy, the netting was great in helping keep flies out, as mentioned in the previous review the outer zip doesn't go across the bottom but does have a big overlap, we didn't experience draughts but we didn't have full on wind either.
The tent took around 50mins to take down but I think this will get quicker the more we use it. I was unable to get the tent back into the tent bag, it's currently in my dining room. (We got back from camping yesterday) I will try again later today and fingers crossed we get it back in!
Overall all this is the perfect for us, easy to pitch, lots room and will still be roomy when the girls get older.
A final note would be is that this tent is big. It is stored in two bags. One for poles (so so heavy) and the other for the outer.
We have a Land Rover Discovery and these bags happily fill half the boot section so make sure your car can carry such a tent and you have somewhere at home to store it!

Very sturdy and good looking tent. Loads of space and light from all of the Windows. I find it easy to put up, even alone it is possible ( watch the Go Outdoors video on YouTube first) Love the porch which is ace for sitting out in. Loads of ventilation too. The only minus is that the doors don't zip along their bottoms which means when it is very blowy it can be draughty.Overall an amazing tent at a great price

Manufacturer's Description
Updated for 2017 and renamed Elite
The Hi Gear Oasis Elite 6 is a very large multi-roomed tent with spacious removeable bedrooms, a massive living and storage area, large panoramic windows and easy access in or out from the large front door and hooded side entrance.
It's easily pitched if you have a helper, and the strong steel poles keep it stable and rigid even in stormy conditions.
Large panoramic windows with roll up curtains and mesh venting, let plenty of light in and give you a great view out, and they can be closed at night or in poor weather.
The versatile multiple bedrooms can be removed to give you extra living or storage space, making the Oasis Elite 6 ideal as a base tent for an outdoor event as well as for your family holiday.
The large front canopy area provides the perfect place to shelter from sun or rain, with ample space for your bikes or camping furniture.
