I love my Cherokee 3 tent. Its easy and straightforward to put up as there are only 3 poles (longest one in the middle, two shorter ones at either end). Plenty of airvents for ventilation (and they can be closed if you're chilly!). Porch is a good size - can be used for cooking/sitting in if the British weather is up to its usual tricks!

It's difficult to put up and without careful guying it ends up wonky. The inner is saggy. It's also a cold tent as has lots of vents. Most of the poles broke after using it for only a year.
On the plus side the porch is huge and big enough to cook in and store gear for 2 people.

Good sized tent for package size.However flysheet does not come down to ground level leaving a gap for wind and rain. Very easy to erect and small and light enough for motorcycle use.

I purchased the cherokee3 for a lightweight tent with a usable, but low profile.(ht=1.4m). It has a built in ground sheet & good seating storage area. Camping alone, I have good extra protected storage in the sleeping area, which gives good space for 2 adults( plus child). Easy to erect, wind stable and packs into a compact roll for transport & storage.

Manufacturer's Description
These new Cherokee tunnel tents are ideal for low level 2-season camping. The versatile design, offered in 3 sizes, features a huge porch (the one that looks like a Range Rover?) area with 2 side doors which can be used for the storage of bikes, kit or provisions. The front porch is also large enough to use as inside living space should the weather dictate.
Features include a Protex durable polyester flysheet with taped seams providing a very respectable 2000mm hydrostatic head of protection. The inner tent is breathable polyester with a polyethylene bathtub inner groundsheet and the groundsheet for the porch (also polyethylene) is attached. The tent is pitched flysheet first or as one. Comes complete with repair kit and carry bag.
