I think the tent is easy to put up and holds up well in the wind, there is plenty of bedroom space for 4 I think it would be tight for sleeping 6. The only downfall for me was it said it had a cable entry but could not find it anywhere so had to use the side door for EHU. Apart from that superb tent.

Love this tent, there's no need to crawl in and out and you can stand up in it all the way through (good for those with bad backs)!
So far mine has slept up to 4, I think it might be a push to sleep more as our air beds are large! Can easily fit 6 in the living area though, there's plenty of windows and doors to open when it gets hot. It's easy to put up and take down and the instructions are not bad either. I've had to mend a few elasticated peg rings - but that was down to heavy wear and tear.
However, my only worry is when it's incredibly windy the tent seems to buckle and if it's stormy weather it can't cope (but then the manufacturers have said that it's not suitable for stormy weather)! My ground sheet is not fitted, and was a bit of a pain to start off with, but after many outings we've managed to work out how to fit it all together.
Overall it's a good tent, for most people groups.

We have had our 3rd camping trip in our Invader and once again stood up to the nasty weather, it rained everyday even got soaked putting it up, not a single leak! We are very impressed with this tent as first time we used it and put it up was in very strong winds in Newquay the same with the 2nd. We even managed to put it up so it was not even straight (as we had to pitch up by car headlights in the gale force winds) as it was in once piece by morning. Has plenty of room for us and the dog and more recently we took our mother in law and her dog too and found it comfortable! The elastic bands thingy all came off ours too and the front door can be a pain as it there is a slight change in ground level it can be hard for the pegs to stay in place which can be sorted with extra elastic. Oh also our last trip it got covered in mud inside and out and it wipes clean very well even after it dried to the tent on our return!

I purchased the Invader last August and have used it twice. I found the outlay and the ease of erection of the tent ideal for a weekend away but I must admit I wasn't impressed with the quality of the material. The zip has come away from material around front door in 3 places and unfortunately we managed to shatter one of the poles putting it up in the wind. As for a tent that is going to last a few seasons then I personally don't advise this one

We brought this tent for 100pounds from a couple who used it once and got a caravan. We have the bluey/grayish one
We love it! There is two of us and a dog. We have also lost a few off the elastic bands but easily fixed. We purchased the footprint ground sheet and carpet along with the tent which add to the comfort and have the omni canopy which has come off twice in strong winds this might be us not tightening it enough but if you do this up tighter we was worried about what it would do to the tent so we just took it down for the REALLY strong winds one night. I personally think 4 people in one pod would be a little two friendly unless you like jumping all over your airbeds.
We have also put this tent up at 11.30pm by car headlights, in VERY strong winds and we made it through! However the next morning we did have to straighten it up a little but it was up and got through the high winds! A****

We bought this tent after selling our trailer tent. We've used it twice now and we love it. Easy to erect and take down with loads of space inside. We purchased the footprint ground sheet and carpet along with the tent which add to the comfort and would like to get the omni canopy before next year's season starts. I always thought a carpet was an unnecessary luxury but I must admit it's nice having carpet whilst barefoot.

Acquired in 2007, this tent has now seen out several camping trips and overall has done very well. For just my wife and I, it has ample space and is comfortable to live in.
Relatively easy to setup, with just 4 main fibreglass poles to support the fly sheet and 2 steel poles to form the tunnel it can be put up by a single person. However it is significantly quicker with two.
The bathtub ground sheet is brilliant, tough and well made and, unlike other tents I have read reviews for on this site, doesn't leak.
The bedroom compartments are well made, though get a little warm with the morning sun. The 4 berth is comfortable for us as a couple, but will get a bit 'friendly' should you have a full compliment sleeping in there.
After two years, the fly sheet does need another coat of water proofing in places, and a couple of the bungees that peg the flysheet to the ground have come undone but other than that this tent feels like it will last us a long time.

We've just returned from our very first ever family camping trip with this tent and it was fantastic.
We bought the tent for £130 brand new, so we were a little apprehensive as to its performance. These concerns were completely unjustified.
There was more than enough room for us, a family of four.
It handled at least three heavy Weardale downpours without any problem, and came into it's own when we had an attack of midges. We had 6 adults sitting in the living area, and 6 children watching DVDs in the bedrooms, while we waited for the midges to clear off outside.
Putting the tent up is very easy considering the size. I put up the outer tent on my own, so it could dry out, when I returned home, and I managed it in about 40 minutes.
Overall, a great tent, with a massive living area.

Plenty of space in this tent. The bedrooms are large and there is still lots of living space in case it rains.
We like the fact that the groundsheet covers the entire tent area which keeps the bedrooms clean.
Instructions were not very clear for novice campers like us, so we struggled the first 2 times. It is quite straight forward once you get the hang of it.
We had a downpour the last time we used it, and it stood well in very heavy rain.
The only wet area were by the support poles inside the tent.

We feel we've got a real bargain with this, reduced to just £150 since they've brought out the 2009 model. We've used it just once overnight and erected it twice and it's fairly straightforward to set up, with just 4 identical main poles, so you can't really go wrong! My husband has managed to put it up on his own, but it's much easier and quicker with 2 and I think in the wind, it would be impossible on your own, unless you fancied a bit of hand gliding! Once up, it's just a matter of attaching the ground sheet and inner tents, which again is fairly simple. Being camping virgins, we could've done with a bit more guidance on what to do with pegging the base at the rear, but the weather was dry and sunny so any mistakes we made went unpunished.
The two inner tents are 4 berth and 2 berth, although we used the larger one for just the two of us, a really airy and comfortable bedroom space for a queen sized blow up mattress, with plenty of room for bits and bobs and the storage pockets for keeping your valuables close by are a nice touch. I guess it would take 6 sleeping if you're all a very friendly bunch!
The living area is large and airy, bags of room to store everything, plus space to sit if it's rotten weather.
The weather being so kind to us means we can't comment on the waterproof and wind resistance of the tent, I guess only time will tell, but all in all masses of space for not a lot of money.
