Pair of young pensioners started camping with the family last year, found the vango oregon 800 very easy to put up. Very impressed with the layout, plenty of room would recommend

Yes, its a fab tent for the family. We also have a Khyam canopy for the side entry which is a beltin piece of kit to cook in and (or) a place to keep your mucky shoes. There is pleny of room for the 4 of us to kip in and the other pod we use as a walk in wardrobe. It also has 2 windows which gives the tent pleny of light.
Chuffed to little mint ball coz its our first tent and proves that tent research is a tad important.

This is a good-looking easy to erect tent. We are using it just for the three of us but have room if our older children want to come with us. It fits nicely on to the pitch with plenty of room for the car, cooking area etc. We found that when all the air vents are pegged out there was no condensation at all. With just one side door it does get very hot in there so you have to open up the end which is a large opening with steel poles so you can create a canopy. The side door has mesh so you can ventilate without letting the insects in. The bedroom entrances have a section of mesh in a half moon shape at the top - a good way to air the bedrooms without opening them up completely. The tent came with a row of storage pockets which clip along the plain wall. Its a great tent, easy to use, with loads of room. A canopy for the side door would be a useful addition.
