Just returned from our first 3 nights in our new tent.
Firstly it was easy to pitch, with decent step by step instructions. I think it took about 30 minutes to pitch.
Agree with previous review that the v pegs are rubbish so binned them on return.
It has a noticeably bigger living area than the standard 400 with more than adequate headroom (even for my lanky 6+ft friend).
We had no adverse weather whilst away so cannot comment on waterproofness or how it would stand up in strong winds, although it seems sturdy enough.
Due to being a limited edition Vango do not make a footprint or carpet, but I am sure a footprint could be made up easily enough from a big enough groundsheet and from reading the first review it appears a Wynnster carpet will fit if you require one.
This is the first tent I have had with a fully sewn in groundsheet and I was concerned we might suffer from condensation but with the side and back vent pegged open I can honestly say we didn't have any.
The sleeping area can either be 1 big room or split into 2 and I think you could easily sleep 4 albeit a little snuggly.
Would recommend.

What a superb tent if you can get one - not many places sell them. The Tigris 400 DLX I found was very sturdy, easy to erect, very well packaged and just as easy to pack away as well. It differs from the standard 400 in that it has a much larger living area (just over 3m2). Stood up to a lot of wind and rain with no leaks or rips at all. Lots of pockets dotted around for storage of small items. You cannot get a tent carpet for it but we found another make of one (a Wynnster 3m2) fit perfectly.

Just back from our first trip in the DLX version of this tent. Well what can I say, easy to put up, loads of living area, and nice and light and airy. Only criticisms are the rubbish v pegs, that just bent as we put them in, and the biggest criticism is the front door not having a mesh on it. Apart from this, I would recommend the tent highly, there are only 2 of us and thought 4 might be a squash.
