Downsized from a Campus Arizona, as wanted a tent that was easy for me to put up by myself. Got last year's model at a good price, however I'm a bit disappointed by the quality, having bought a Vango due to it's reputation. Had also looked at a Sunncamp Shadow 600.
On the first outing, the bedroom came away from the zip - although this was replaced without any quibbles. On the second outing, the toggle holding the groundsheet in place came off. I was able to repair this. Only minor issues but our last tent took much more abuse over 5 years! Another downside is the dividing curtain isn't connected at both ends and therefore does not give any privacy.
On the positives, the tent is very easy to put up. It is roomy and cosy with the carpet in place. Slept 3 adults and 3 kids without any problems.
We bought the side extension which is a good option for longer trips to cook in. We've been lucky with the weather, so can't comment on how it stands up to the wind and rain.

Bought to replace a 3 year old Orchy 400 which is a brilliant tent but is a bit small in the living area during bad weather. We were looking for a tent with similar bedroom size but a larger living space the Tigres 600 seemed the perfect choice as the 2 berth pod is easily removed. The only problem we found was the brow pole over the door caused to much tension on the door making it difficult to zip. This was fixed by reading tips from other users and a hacksaw to remove 1.5cm from pole. Only other minor issues are the position of cable entry, this would be better on other side of the door so the cable does not have to run across the doorway. Also can only close window vents from outside previous models could be zipped closed from inside.

We bought this tent following a fair bit of research to replace our old Gelert Lokno Vario 6 (which was an awesome tent but sadly met it's demise in the storms late last year!) We have been unlucky with our Vango as we have only used it twice and have had to send it back to Vango for considerable amounts of repairs (The pods are disintegrating and there were several holes in the groundsheet. That being said we are happy to wait for the return of this tent as it is a fine replacement. It has room enough for all our luxuries and plenty of space for those inevitable wet a rainy days. (We may invest in the additional porch for longer breaks.) I agree with other comments that the porch poles are a little long causing excess stress on the side door and would like the bedrooms pods to be just a little deeper but can easily see us camping for the next five years in this tent. The built in groundsheet keeps you extra warm when the weather turn British as well.

Two man pod at end of tent not really large enough for two adults unless head to toe. We use it for storage.
I agree that pole for porch is too long . I couldn't get it to fit into the Pockets at either end. I watched video on Vango website and theirs went in easily so definitely too long on my tent. Shortening pole helps but still puts a lot of stress on the door zip and am going to shorten it further. Tent is very roomy. I am considering carpet, both for comfort and also to keep floor of tent down as it can blow up if windy. Over all reasonably happy with tent

First time camper, bought this on recommendation from man in shop and glad we did. Very spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids. Liked the entrance both front and rear. We bought the extension which is brilliant, did the cooking in there and it zips up giving more space and privacy. What I wasn't impressed with was the tailored carpet, ruffled up and got on our nerves didn't fit to the edges. However, the tent and tunnel extension more than pleased with. Plenty of room in the two pods for all four of us to sleep and used the other pod for storage. Got it pitched in half an hour first time. Hope to be quicker next time. Happy days!

Have been out in our tent twice now and as said in my previous review, the tent stood up well to a lot of buffeting, and having had a wild weathered weekend in Lancashire, can also say it is fully waterproof too. Certainly got tested by the lashing rain, and stood up to even more buffeting, and no problems with condensation. All in all a great tent, and confident it will stand up to any weather

Bought this very attractive tent in April 2011.
When pitched we discovered a small hole in the netting of the large door, probably could be repaired. Then the curtain had a knife cut in it, OK maybe that could also be repaired. Then when we tightened the cross strapping on the inside to add stability during a windy night (very carefully) the strap came clean out of the side. There was virtually no stitching holding it in place. Not good.
BUT the worst thing of all was a design fault. One night we were late arriving at a site and had to pitch in the dark. It was windy. When trying to put the metal 'pegs' in the end of the poles the web strap used to tighten at the base of the poles came out of the buckle. Not a problem one would think, but the design of the end of the strap makes it almost impossible to get it back into the buckle. It happened twice and what a fight I had to get it back in the buckle. You need at least a pair of pliers (which I always carry when camping) or in my case very strong teeth.
We took the tent back and replaced it with something better, the place we bought it was very good and agreed that it was faulty.

We got the tent, groundsheet and the carpet on offer this year. The size of the tent makes it perfect for a family of 4. We used the front bedroom for the kids and half of the larger bedroom as a wardrobe/storage.
It was very easy to erect, approx 40mins and the same to dismantle. I can put the tent up on my own even though it is a large tent.
I read about the issue with the zip on the main entrance but this was not an issue that bothered us much during the trip. It performed perfectly for the 6 days we were away and I look forward to using it again soon.Although I don't know if it is waterproof yet as we were blessed with fantastic weather last time!

Had our first outing in this tent for 3 nights over the bank holiday/royal wedding weekend and absolutely loved it. We only used the main sleeping pod at the back of the tent as there were just the 2 of us, and unclipped the dividing panel to make a lovely big sleeping area. We previously had a smaller tent which though wasn't a crawl round on your knees job wasn't a stand up straight affair either if you are over 5ft so was lovely to have plenty of headroom in the Tigris, especially for my boyfriend who is 6ft tall. It was a windy weekend and we were impressed with how the tent stood up to all the buffeting and with plenty of space inside we were able to cook safely inside the tent. Another great aspect as mentioned in other reviews was the porch on the side of the tent and a flyscreen to keep the bugs out but fresh air in. Looking forward to getting away in it again

We used our Tigris 600 for the first time 3 weeks ago. Very good , easy to put up giving it was our first attempt. No problems with it except I agree with some of the reviewers about the side entrance porch not being right, puts major stress on the door zip but a few adjustments to the pole length and its was fine, would recommend buying one to anybody, all round very good tent. Go get one :)
