Great family tent. Not too big, but spacious enough. Lots of windows. Easy to put up & put back into its bag. Has zipped holes for electric hook up cable. Unsure how waterproof it would be in very hard rain, but ok with small amount we had! Choice of 3 entrances to use. Pity tents don't have soundproof walls. We could hear neighbours snoring very loudly!

Just camped for the first time using our mojave 5 tent. We found it easy to pitch and pack away. The weather was rather wet and windy, but we never sprung a leak or took off! We had loads of room and that was with 3 dogs as well. We are happy to holy recommend this tent and can't wait to go camping again!

First time campers but very pleased with our tent, plenty of room for the family. Camped in sun, wind and rain and tent was great. Had practised putting tent up first so wasn't too bad first time camping, now second nature. Bought the porch for next trip just for that extra bit of room, well worth it although instructions a bit confusing first time. Would highly recommend this tent.

Having owned a caravan for the past 14 years,we decided to buy a tent for our trips to france,so went to Go Outdoors last weekend. One tent stood out from all others, the Mojave.Stonking value at £149,with separate bedrooms, plenty of room up front, light and bright inside.Just had a test run in back garden,no problem.Highly recommended.

Just back from our first family camping holiday in Sussex. The Mojave was very easy to put up, although we do have an issue with the front skirt not quite covering the front properly, but I think that is more to do with the order that we erect the tent. The tent itself was excellent - we had a little wind and a couple of days of rain and the only water that got inside the tent was when opening the front door (as there is no small overhang) or from a little condensation in the mornings, The size is perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kiddies) and easily held all the kit needed. We will also be getting the porch soon but that is only down to our own need for somewhere to put muddy shoes and other items that we don't want in the tent itself. Recommend the tent - especially for newbies to camping. A great introduction.

Great tent . First time camping and had 2 days and nights of rain. Not a drop came through the seemingly impossibly thin material. It is easy to put up and take down and, much to my surprise, actually fitted back into the bag.
There were only two of us so it had more than enough space. Needless to say on return we treated ourselves to the generously sized canopy. This will mean if weather is bad you can still cook under cover.
Any negatives ? No. Would have preferred a green one but hey ho you can't have everything.

We had no idea what we were getting when we bought this tent, we had only been camping once before but we couldn't be happier with it.
We have used it with 4 adults but could do with the porch as it gets a little crowded but it's snug, warm and has stood up to any rain we have had.
Very easy to put up and take down.
All in all a great tent for the money.

We bought the Mojave 5 to replace our Halfords tent. We used it for the first time in may. We stayed at the Crows Nest camp site near Filey and boy did this give the tent a full work out.
It withstood near gale force winds with horizontal rain. At one point the wind got under the ground sheet and we felt the air bed lift slightly, but the tent stood up to it. This has given my partner the confidence now to have longer stays in this beauty.
On our test run we erected the tent in 35 mins on our first attempt. We can now erect and dismantle this tent in just under 50 mins.
It's a good size for 4 people, a bit of a squeeze getting 3 people into the other bedroom if you take this to the 5 people max.
With this in mind there is plenty of room for 4 people including the usual table, chairs and cooker. We paid £140 for this tent in the Go Outdoors sale. We have since added the porch which was on sale for £75 a couple of weeks ago, this doubles the space and is an excellent addition. We also bought the footprint and carpet. The carpet makes it a little more cozy by taking the coldness away from the floor and the footprint just helps to protect the groundsheet a bit.
Would recommend this tent to anyone looking for a cheap setup. Just keep an eye out for the sales and you can have an excellent setup for under £300. (Tent £140, porch £75, footprint £18, carpet £45 and we added the windbreaker for £25). Just remember to look out for the sales.
Looking forward to our weekend at Matlock at the end of September so as to try out the porch properly.

Great tent, we have used this several times along with the porch, groundsheet and carpet brought as a deal last year. It stands up to most wind and rain, although we have had to give it a quick waterproofing recently, and it might need another one soon as we did get some rain coming in. It is easy to put up and take down, a trick we have learnt when putting it down is to leave the front door open and the roll it from back to front pushing the air out towards the front door as you go, it's a lot easier to get back in the bag! As there are usually only 2 of us we use the smaller bedroom as a changing room and have taken the larger bedroom out, we have 2 single but double height blow up beds and we have much more room in the tent that without the bedroom as the beds also push back further into the tent than when in the bedroom. All in all a great tent, wish the porch had a sown in groundsheet but still does the job ok!

Like many other reviewers, we bought this on offer at Go Outdoors and also invested in the footprint and carpet. It is excellent value for money and there is a large amount of living space. We put the two kids on blow up single mattresses in the larger sleeping area and they have room to store their gear in between the beds. The smaller area takes a blow up double mattress. In the living area there is plenty room for a table, four chairs, a storage unit, an electric coolbox and a stove! Our tent has stood up to heavy rain and wind but does tend to gove you a light misting if the wind blows! Easy to put up but a bit more awkward to put away as it does tend to 'balloon' when you try to fold it. Great tent for family holiday.

Manufacturer's Description
Easy to erect, easy to dismantle, and offering generous living space, the Mojave 5 is a great choice for families wanting comfortable, fuss-free camping, or couples wanting extra space for storage and fun.
It pitches outer first, with separate 3 and 2 person rooms that clip in to the underside.
With taped seams, a sewn-in groundsheet and completely waterproof outer layer (3000HH), you can be sure of total protection from rain and draughts.
The poles are angled to give you maximum headroom throughout the tent, so no need to stoop when you're inside. The pole sleeves have slick inners to make pitching the tent quick and easy.
In warmer weather, the breathable inner and 2 side doors with full mesh panels give you superb ventilation and allow plenty of light into the tent. The large front door can be extended out as a canopy, using the steel porch poles, offering shelter from sunshine or rain.
It has bright and reflective pre-attached guylines to keep it stable and secure, and more visible in the dark. There's also a electrical cable access point allowing you to use appliances inside the tent with the minimum of fuss.
A practical and versatile option for families, group campers or anyone who needs comfort and breathing room when out in the wild.
