The rock5 is the tent I use to get away for the weekend fishing. Might bit extravagant for a one man fishing weekend but its a tent I like,is easy for one man to put up and I know it is reliable. I have a Royal Canopy that fits snug to the front as a cooking area and to store the fishing gear and can set it up as a home from home.
With practice its half hour to put up on your own and withstands rough weather.

Replaced our canvas family tent for one of these. Was a spur of the moment buy as we were going away for one night only and the canvas tent took up to much room in our car.
Really easy to erect and loved the stitched in inner, my god to me that is luxury! Camping on a sloppy sight but the tent pitched easily and my rather tall hubby managed to stand up right in it. Loved the design feature for pegging the door shut to stop wind and rain getting in.
Only slight downside, could only get our big airbed and our toddlers single airbed in there. Living space large enough to fit our buggy table and chairs in. Cant wait to take it away next season and its more then great for glamping! just got to work out how the heck to get it back in the bag!

We have just returned from a very windy and rainy 2 days in Culzean Castle. The tent was new and we were just trying it out. We were really impressed that it stood up to the elements. All around us were people trying to keep their tents up. We had loads of room in the living area, and I thought the bedroom area was great for just the 2 of us, but it would have been adequate for 5 too. The bedroom divider has a zip and its split into 3 and 2 bedrooms. There is plenty of room for standing in all of the tent. Love it.

Manufacturer's Description
A spacious family sized 5 person tent with a large bedroom and porch, ideal for small families and getaways.
5 Berth Family Tent All in one pitching style Taped seams - no leaks
The Hi Gear Rock 5 is a flexible family tent for families or couples looking for extra room. The tent and bedroom are separate parts that are permanently attached with a mesh panel, so you get the benefits of reduced condensation without the hassle of fitting the inners every time you pitch the tent. Couple this with the sewn in groundsheet and taped flysheet and you have a draft and insect free space that will keep you dry, even in prolonged rain.
The bedroom can be divided into 2 and a 3 person rooms with a central curtain, and the tall windows in the front allow lots of light into the living area. The doors to the front and side can be converted to awnings with awning poles (sold separately).
A great tent for first time campers or those who want a simple and roomy tent for weekends away.
