We have now used the Outwel Birdland for several weekends and also for a stay of 5 nights. It takes around 30 minutes to erect the tent although we have not done this in adverse weather conditions. We like the tent and it seems a good size for 2 people. We have used it in the rain and it did not let in however it does not seem possible to tension the main roof in such a way as no puddles form. Whilst the pooling of water is small it is a concern that they are there and does delay the drying of the tent. It has not yet been tested in high winds. On the whole we are pleased with the tent and think it is most appropriate for us.

A really great tent for 2 people. There's good space for a double lilo. 2 bags and still a little standing room in the bedroom. At 6'1' I could just stand up in the bedroom and the living area has a lot more height. It was easy to erect and can be done by one person on a calm day. Quality was up to Outwell's usual standards and there's lots of good features on the tent with cable entries and lots of possible combinations for opening the door or vents. Have only used it for a weekend but could comfortably manage a week in it or a fortnight at a pinch. The half drop curtains are a nice feature. One does feel slightly exposed when the door is rolled up as all the living area feels open to the rest of the campsite. It missed out on 10/10 because of the bedroom dimensions. If the width of the bedroom had been 1.9m or 2.0m then one can place the lilo in ANY direction. As it is, you can only turn it through 180 degrees. Still a very comfortable, quality tent.
