Very roomy, great for our 3 children plus us. Easily erected after a bit of practice. Would recommend to first time camping families!Stayed steady in winds and rain, no leaking.Good quality materials. I got mine from e bay at a bargain price, however they are worth the full price new due to excellent quality. Roomy bedrooms and good big living space. Think we will be buying the porch next!

Our new family tent (2 adult + 2 young teenagers), as always with tents 6 man = 4 people really.
Brilliant purchase as part of a large pack (with footprint + carpet). 1st pitched on a nice day knowing the next day was forecast a bad storm - tent laughed it all off (this was on Rowter Farm - very high up in Peak District), all very dry and warm.
Would agree with comments that window/vents could do with extra Velcro on the bottom for windy days - easily fixed and a minor niggle.
Have since bought the porch when on offer - will be useful in bad weather for boots etc.
Just bought a trailer so it's off to France next summer, but hopefully back to walking country in the spring before then.

Bought from G.O this august for £150. Its our first family tent so have nothing to compare it too. Saying that we have nothing to complain about neither. Great size for us 2 adults 2 children + dog. 30 mins to put up. Stood up to strong wind first night and heavy rain the next. Very, very happy for the £'s and will buy the porch/foot print for next trip.

Mmmmm well positives first. Reasonable size living quarters, large bedrooms as we use for 3-4 people, sewn in ground sheet, zipped slip for electric cable and good colour coded guide to erect. Negatives, really best to have porch for storage of wet gear, put up taught but in windy conditions very noisy as flaps about, rained in, in areas enough to leave puddles and wet carpet, could do with zips rather than Velcro when windy with mesh vents. Bought porch but doesn't reach the ground fully so wind whips under and is very fiddly to try to get snug to tent. Even so a must. Negatives didn't spoil our holiday, packing away in heavy rain never helps and maybe sometime in future would spend a little extra and go for integral porch with all sewn in ground sheet. We got in sale £149 tent, £65 porch £35 carpet and £23 footprint. Footprint always good idea.

We bought this tent from go outdoors in August 2011 for the sale price of £150. We took it over the bank holiday weekend to north Nottinghamshire - just on the river Trent, I was certainly impressed with the size of the tent. We had tried it once before in the garden just to see how long it took to get up, it took about an hour but I'm sure the more we do it the less time it will take. Anyway it was pouring down with rain when we pitched it, we got soaked but the inside of the tent stayed totally dry. The wind was quite bad most of the weekend but the tent had no problems staying up, unlike our neighbours Lichfield tent which he had to get 2 supporting poles for. I had read reviews previously that people's poles snapped so was worried but need not have been, no snapped poles no ripped fabric or anything.
Very strong sturdy tent excellent value for money. The only one down side is that it states is a 6 berth which I suppose you could fit 6 ppl in but would be a bit cramped. We fit 4 adults very comfortably. On the whole I would not have any problems recommending this to anyone else even just 2 adults. Oh and buy the porch, what a god send it was -we kept the cooker and a table in there and did cooking in there and had 4 chairs in there to sit in too. So glad we had this as without it I think we would have struggled.

Changed our Vango Icarus 500 for the Zanobia 6 (go outdoors exchanged it no bother as it had only been pitched in garden once
Really good tent loads of space, really easy to pitch took 2 of us 15mins from bag to everything installed.
Like the ventilation idea which left inside of tent condensation free after a good nights sleep better than Icarus. We only used one end for sleeping as there was only 2 of us on our last trip LOADS of space its bigger than my living room.
Would highly recommend buying footprint.
Few bad points, nowhere to tie guide ropes to tent, you have to go outside to close windows and blinds

After much research and as a first time campers, we decided to buy this tent and have not been disappointed. There 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 4 in our family and we particularly wanted 2 separate bedrooms and a sewn in ground sheet and this tent fitted the bill.
Cost was also an important factor and we shopped around for a good deal - finally purchasing from GoOutDoors.
We had one practice session to put up the tent and it required a minimum of 2 adults to get it up and took us over an hour and a half. But as to be expected with more practice we can get it basically pitched in about 30 minutes. One additional item we have bought are plastic power pegs as the large pegs supplied we not very robust and bent easily.
We have friends with bigger more expensive tents but this one seems to tick all the boxes for a family of 4. It is optimistic that it would sleep 6 in the bedroom pods as it only fits 2 basic single air-beds.
I would thoroughly recommend this tent to first time campers with a family.

Great tent, easy to pitch (-we didn't practice) for the first camping we'd both done in 20 years. It was waterproof and draft free except for a little freshness during very high winds when we wished that the rear vent had a zip instead of velco but, this seems a little churlish as the wind was excessive and we had no other problems, indeed it stood up safe and well to the weather of Cornwall and Devons coasts last August. Comfortable and very spacious, it looks great and packed away again without too much trouble. By its second use we were expert at pitching and striking camp and I could be inside and making the beds in 20 minutes while the labourer was fixing the final pegging. In warm weather too it was comfortable and we had no problems with condensation build up in the morning. Would recommend highly. We have since bought a porch primarily to have a sheltered cooking space rather than for room. Real luxury glamping for two but would be comfortable for a family.

I bought our tent earlier this year from Go Outdoors at a reduced price of £150. Did a trial pitch and found it to be easy to put up with assistance from my 12 year old. Finally we got away and used it for real. The pitch was easy this time, taking about 20 minutes, even on an uneven slope. The tent coped admirably with heavy rain but became an oven when the sun poked it's head out. However, the vent system on the ends did a great job of maintaining a level of ventilation. The insect netting worked well at keeping the midges out too.
Overall, the construction and quality seem very good although it is let down slightly as the rain on the door runs into the tent when you open up the zip (even after giving the fly sheet a tap to get the water to run off). This is easily remedied by putting on a porch I expect although I have not tried it.
Size wise, both rooms had a double and a single airbed in which took up all the floor space leaving no storage space for clothing bags etc. The living space is comfortable for 4 but to be honest, I feel that it would struggle to accommodate 6.
Overall I am very happy with the tent but want to make improvements by adding a porch.

I love this tent, ours is the green coloured and last year bought the porch, but what a job trying to buy green porch. Camping store said no green to buy, only blue, but after searching on line found one! don't find the porch is a snug fit at one side, and it doesn't go right to the ground so wind can be problem, but gives great space. Now the tent. Been out in rain and gales and it is brilliant. I love all the space and the built in ground sheet. Bought the footprint which I would recommend, keeps tent clean. There are two slight problems I have, large door at end, we don't use it, but still have slight gap at base for draughts, so put double sided velcro on and much better. Secondly, the tent poles don't seem that strong, few times now some have split when putting up tent. Maybe because usually windy ( living on East Coast). Spoke to two owners of same tent this weekend and they had similar problem. Anyway take spares now and heavy duty tape.Having said all this love my tent
