We have just bought one of these tents as a weekend tent and have just used it for a two night break. As a family of 4 this was a good size, not too small but small enough to set up quickly.Within an hour we were completely set up, furniture and all as opposed to the 2 and a half hours it takes with our Montana 6. Again very quick to take down and goes back in the bag with ease. We were fortunate for mild weather so cannot comment on how this tent handles the wind and rain but I am sure it will live you to the usual Outwell reputation.
Overall a fab weekend tent for families with very little stress and arguments :) !

Just back from our first trip in the new Virginia 5. We needed something for weekend trips that would be quick to pitch and pack away, but still with enough space to sit if the weather was poor. Also something that we could keep warm with a small fan heater.
It was a toss up between this and Vango's Icarus and we decided on the Outwell for 3 main reaons. 1. Outwell have never failed us before. 2. 3000mm HH versus Icarus's 2000 and 3. Mesh on all doors whereas the Icarus only has mesh on the side door.
The tent was up in less than 20 mins and I'm sure it will be quicker again next time. It also came down quickly AND went in the bag with no problems unlike our other bigger Outwell's, which sometimes take a couple of attempts.
The tent is just big enough for a family of 4 for a weekend and would be perfect for couples on longer trips.
The bedroom is split into 2 man and a 3 man section, but the divider can easily be removed to make one large room.
It feels light and airy and has 3 vents at the back to allow air circulation. EHU entry point and a porch to stop rain getting in the side door.
Just one thing missing - no steel upright poles to turn the front door into a canopy, but luckily we took some with us anyway.
Overall we were very pleased with our new baby Outwell and look forward to more short trips in it this year.
