Just returned from our first ever weekend camping trip in the Nevada M (2 adults and a 4 and 7 yr old). We are absolutely over the moon with the tent which we were lucky enough to get one of the Boxing Day bundle packages so got the tent, extension, footprint & carpet all in. It took about 30 mins to get the tent up which we thought was great for a first go. We watched the video on YouTube beforehand and made a few notes to take with us. We were surprised at how easy it was - even in a high wind.
We didn't put up the extension in the end as we were with a group of other families and had a shared cooking area but we still had bags of space inside the main tent. There is lots of light in the tent and lots of door/window options which I can see would be great in the summer. I would highly recommend the carpet -it makes the tent so cosy.
We were pitched next door to a Montana 6 which was our original choice but have to say the Nevada M offers a great space inside by comparison and is smaller to transport, lighter and quicker to put up than the Monty. All in all would highly recommend this tent and cant wait to go again!

What an excellent tent. We upgraded to this having owned a Vango Icarus 500 which we had no end of problems with (see my review). Absolutely love how light and spacious the tent is. We purchased the full package from Go Outdoors at a really good price (not as good as the Boxing day offer sadly!) but have to say would pay full price for it and still feel like I had a good deal. Very easy to erect and can really appreciate the quality when compared to the Vango. Am definitely an Outwell convert!

I bought this tent for w/end use with the children. We have a bear lake 6, but wonderful as it is, it's too much effort for just me and a children for 1/2 nights. Because we have a bear lake, I wanted to stick with Outwell, and they haven't disappointed. The tent was pitched, and beds, kitchen, chairs etc all in place within 1 hour, with myself and a 10 year old. Plenty of room inside, porch area over 1 door was great with the rain. The only reason I haven't given it a 10 is because it was so hot inside when the sun came out. We could have opened all the doors fully, but then I would have 2 dogs escaping! So, not as good as the bear, but excellent for w/end use with 2 children/ 2 dogs.

I don't really know why I'm writing this review as 58 other people have written about it already however ours is now about to embark on its third season of usage so I thought I would let you all know how well its lasting.
We bought it primarily to use as a 'weekend' tent as we wanted something that was quick and easy to put up but was big enough to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids in relative comfort. We had looked at the Icarus 500 but went for the Nevada M as it was slightly bigger especially in the bedrooms.
The bedroom layout is split into a 3- 2 arrangement with a zip open divider between the bedroom pods so it can be opened up to make one large bedroom. Alternatively if not required the smaller bedroom can be unzipped and folded away to allow extra living space.
Throughout the tent there are lots of nice features, all the external doors have fly mesh on them so they can all be opened up leaving the mesh in place to prevent wasps flys etc getting. The left side door has a nice little canopy over it to help prevent rain getting in when the door is open. There are lots of handy storage pockets in front of the bedroom pods.
It has a nice size living area with a sewn in groundsheet (SIG) enough room for a small table, chairs a kitchen/storage unit. Its also nice and light with plenty of windows all with drop down curtains.
The nice thing about Outwell tents is the number of accessories available, we chose the fitted carpet, nice and cosy, and the footprint groundsheet there is also an extension to fit over the front of the tent.
Overall ours had stood up well to its numerous outings in all sorts of weather, we have had no broken poles, zips or any other damage whatsoever and are looking forward to another season with it.
So to anyone looking for a 5 berth tent give this one serious consideration you will not be disappointed

We love our tent!
This is our first family tent and it is great for us. We have the front extension, which personally I would consider a must for extended family holidays. We used it like most other people, for cooking, storage and also for sitting under during inclement weather - of which there was plenty!
The tent is spacious and incredibly light. We found it easy to pitch, although the front extension took almost as long as the main tent, I'm sure we'll get better with practise.
Our only complaint would be the bedroom sizes. Being novices, we didn't realise that 5 airbeds would not fit into a 5 berth tent! I guess we should have done more research. We managed to get around this by placing the 3 single airbeds across the 3 berth sleeping compartment, parallel to the door and they all fit this way. It was fine for us as the children all go to bed at the same time and don't tend to get up in the night, but it is a bit of a squash, with no gaps at all between the beds and I suspect we will upgrade to something a bit bigger in a couple of years.
We found the tent quality to be fantastic and it stood up to quite a battering during 2 fierce storms. I honestly thought we might blow away at one point, but no damage at all.
We would really recommend this tent, but probably for a maximum of 4!

This is the first tent we have bought, there are 2 of us and one large dog. It is easy to erect, with plenty of room inside, even with the neighbours paying a social call at night. The rain porch over the side entrance is excellent if the weather is playing up. Plenty of light with all the windows. The sewn in ground sheet a must for a very inquisitive dog. Have always been dry and snug. Even with all the furniture and cooking equipment inside it feels spacious. Have just bought the carpet to use this year, may try the extension later. A tent you cannot go wrong with

This tent is absolutely perfect for us (me and two kids, 10&11). Very easy to pitch and only takes 10-15 minutes if you don't count putting everything in it, perfect for when you're pitching in the rain and need shelter!
Would comfortably sleep 4 but would only fit 5 if you didn't use airbeds.
There's loads of room in the main part - we fit a kitchen unit, a table and three chairs and still have room to move. Have now bought the front extension though where I plan to keep the kitchen unit. Will give us even more room in the tent which will be useful on the planned longer trips.
Particularly like the number of windows as there's always loads of light. Also, three doors means that you're not restricted on which way you pitch or how you lay out the inside. All doors take king poles too.
We like this tent so much that I've now bought another one so we can take people with us.

We purchased this tent for weekend breaks as we have a Vermont L for longer stays. We cannot rate it highly enough. Quick and easy erection in less than 20 minutes. Loads of space and plenty of storage with large windows letting in plenty of natural light. Side entrance with rain porch very handy and really cannot find any downside to this tardis of a tent. Although flexi pole with the amount of guy ropes and the roof pole this seems very stable in windy conditions. If you are looking for a quick erecting family tent then this is it.
We have bought the footprint and are considering the carpet and front extension however these are not necessary but 'luxury' additions.
As expected this lives up to the Outwell quality. You really do get what you pay for!

After our first one seeped water from the roof I was a bit sceptical of the replacement but after the bad weather we encountered on our first outing with the new tent I can honestly say that the tent is like a tardis. Loads of living area large bedrooms and plenty of windows. As previously mentioned we encountered heavy rain but not a drop in the tent itself. Some people have concerns about the doors not zipping across the bottom, we found the fly sheet zips across the bottom of the door providing a nearly draught proof seal this in turn provides ventilation which helps combat condensation and stops the tent getting muggy inside.
The tent has more storage than a Barrat house great for stowing away niknaks odds'n'sodds etc.
We purchased the front extension which is very handy but with a bit of wind takes longer to put up than the tent itself, once up though provides an excellent cooking area and ample room to sit outside the tent keeping dry in our summer.
We have since purchased the Footprint an absolute must and the carpet for the bit of added luxury.
Overall a cracking tent and would consider buying another Outwell.

Lovely tent, easy to put up takes 2 of us 30 mins. Plenty of room inside. Comfy accommodation for 4 people even more so when only 3 of us. Love the large living area made better using the carpet for that extra comfort. We also purchased the front extension which is really useful for cooking in,storage, sitting in.Love all the windows to let the light in on a dull day you don't feel hemmed in. Really good buy especially as I got it in the sale but would have been happy to pay full price.
