We bought this for 299 from go outdoors for our family. 2 adults, 2 kids and our baby. The tent is easy to put up and pack away. I could do both with minimal assistance from my 4 year old. The bedrooms are massive. One fit two single air beds and a travel cot. The other a double air bed and inflatable cot.
The living space is minimal. You could seat four if needed in there with bags or a kitchen unit.
We love this tent already. Highly recommended
