Bought this a long time ago in the days long before I discovered UKCS, so made the classic mistake of thinking a 4 berth tent would be fine for four of us! Only ever bought as a weekend tent but in the end it was never used by the family because it was simply too small. This tent was only ever used by my wife on her own when she used it on work related youth events.
The bedroom pods are only big enough for one person and because of the steeply sloping sides even then they aren't that roomy or comfortable.
No sig, just a loose groundsheet to peg out in the small living area between the two sleeping pods. Consequently the tent is very draughty.
The main flysheet could also have done with some extra pegging points placed centrally between the door and the ends of the tent. Without these the flysheet wasn't taut enough and blew against the bedroom pods, which wasn't too clever when it rained.
The main flysheet doesn't have mud wall either so the tent was susceptible to getting very muddy in bad weather.
On the plus side the build quality was pretty good and the HH adequate.
We had a small fault with the first one we purchased (from Wildday)and to their credit they gave us a new tent without requiring the original to be returned. Because the fault was small and didn't affect the performance of the tent we carried on using that one and in the end sold the unused replacement.
The original is still in our possession (not entirely sure why) but is highly unlikely to be used ever again.
