1 Reviews of the Festival Blackout 3
By: Chelle25 Reason: I own(ed) one Made in: 2018 Rating:
This is a good lightweight tent. Advertised for using at festivals but we think it good for single nights away where we don't want to take much kit.
This was origanally bought to try a a bit of wild camping, we got it for a bargain price hence not going for a more technical tent.
Tent has 2 windows at the front with toggled privacy curtains and bathtub groundsheet.
Bedroom is made from blackout material and it does exactly that. Bedroom also has a lantern hanging point and storage pockets, one for each person.
Tent has plenty of ventilation, with little draft getting in due to design.
The only down side is as it has a separate flysheet we found it to be very noisy in the wind. In fact it kept us up quite a bit on one windy evening. Saying that the tent stood up well to these winds.

Manufacturer's Description
The Coleman Blackout 3 festival tent has space for 3 people (or two people with lots of gear) and stays dark even in bright sunshine thanks to “Blackout Bedroom" technology, so you can sleep and recharge during the day after a long night of partying!
Its completely waterproof flysheet protects you and your equipment when the weather isn’t great, and there's a space for bags, backpacks and mucky shoes in the front of the tent.
Ventilation flaps ensure that fresh air gets in, and there's plenty of space for bags, backpacks and mucky shoes in the front of the tent.
