We use our tent as a kitchen we put a tarp over the top with the poles so that we can just zip up at night, leaving the tarp up.
I agree you have to mark the poles the poles are marked with numbers but they don,t say which poles are for the legs
Much better than just a tarp

The Easy Camp Annexe is a must and takes up very little extra room in the boot.
You will wonder how you ever managed without it.
We use it for the toilet at night and as a windscreen and sunshade during the day.
I have to agree with Andy; you do have to colour code all the joints, as the top is not square and the front poles are longer than the back.

I bought an Easy Camp Annexe last year to use as a kitchen tent. We've used it on three or four occasions now, in all sorts of conditions.
It was a pain to pitch the first time, as the square top section isn't square at all, the instructions are poor (not unusual), and the poles were not marked.
Now we've marked the poles with coloured tapes, it goes up really quickly and easily.
It's stood up to some very strong winds pretty well. The poles aren't quite straight any more, but you can't tell when it's up.
Seems to be well made enough, and it's an ideal size for a kitchen unit.
Packs down reasonably small.
I'm really fond of it.
