A very handy little tent. Just big enough for two adults, with a small porch to stash your gear, although the porch is not entirely weather proof and has no groundsheet. It's very easy for one person to erect, in the advertised 10 mins, although a bit more difficult in a wind. I sometimes put up just the flysheet without the bedroom, for showery afternoons at the beach. The whole family can take shelter until the rain blows over. Excellent value for money, I think I paid about 40 euros for it in 2009.

The Messina 200 is the ideal combination in a tent giving a spacious domed inner combined with a generous porch for stowing gear and provisions, quick and easy to erect yet reassuringly stable in high winds, and warm and dry in bad weather. The two entrances, one at the front,one at the side, permit variations in the use of the porch.
