Great easy to erect tent but I found it difficult to tension over the middle pole,

I bought it 2nd hand for £45 and cant complain for that price as it was enough for my wife to get into the camping holidays and to go on and buy a caravan.

I would recommend it to people looking for a good quality tent for little money, I still have it and it will be used again.

I love this tent, it was the first one we bought and it is so easy to put up I can do it on my own, which is great for me I can take my son and dog camping without having to drag my husband!

Because it normally just three of use it gives us plenty of space, I have used it with five of us and its a bit of a squeeze, but fun for a long weekend.

I agree with one of the previous reviews, the wind does get under tent making it a bit colder than the sewn in ground sheet tents, but it doesn't bother me.

Mine tent hasn't ever leaked and its been used 6/7 times a year for the last 4 years and I've still not gotten round to fabsealing it yet!

This is our weekender tent with our main tent being a Vango Colorado 600DLX, we bought it because its faster to put up and has full head space.

Plus points - fast to pitch, lots of light, full headspace in the bedrooms, windows are covered on the inside (so you don't have to go outside in the rain)

Minus points - leaks on the zips, as the tension is set on one side of the tent there is a gap letting the wind blow through making it a cold tent, divider in bedroom is only fastened in 2 places so is not very effective.

Bought mine in the Go Outdoors old stock sell off and got it for £70. An amazing tent for the price. I use it with my girlfriend and as Im 6ft 2 I wanted something I could stand up in.

It has more than enough room for me and my long legs to lie down in within the sleeping area and we can happily sit inside with a table and chairs if the rain clouds are out.

Probably not up to the more premium brand standard of build quality but as this will only be a weekend tent for me that's fine. Happily kept the rain off during the night.

So I'd say its a great tent for 2 or a family with little ones.

There is plenty of room in this tent, having said that only myself/ wife and nine yr old grandson camp in it. You can stand up in it. And it takes all our luxuries , with room to spare, does not leak, stable in winds, strongly recommend it, I have 4 tents but must admit this is the favourite.

Fab little tent -

Living area - is stand up-able in, is roomy enough for a little kitchen set up and still room left over for sitting in. Two door ways are versatile and lots of windows stop that claustrophobic feeling creeping in. Separate ground sheet may not offer the protection from the breeze as well as a built in groundsheet - but I always trip over built in ones!

Bedroom area - is also stand upable in which again helps the tent to feel more spacious. Bedroom is dividable by a roll down/ roll up sheet which doesn't offer much separation or privacy and is the only thing I would personally want to change about this tent.

Putting up - so simple and easy that once my 12 yr old and I have put the poles in (only takes two of us for speed - could be done by one person easily), the 12 year old does everything else while I start to unpack the car! Takes us about 10 mins.

Weather - coped wonderfully with a weekend of torrential rain - no leaks and we had enough space for card games! In wind - did very well indeed and felt safe. A warm tent - and fine for our summer camping needs but you of course have to choose between benefits offered by the extra head height and detachable groundsheet and the warmth offered by attached groundsheets and less head height.

Overall, I love this tent - especially the ease of putting it up and will be thinking of up grading to the taranto 700 only because of the option of a separate bedroom as the 12 yr old gets bigger!

This is an excellent tent very comfortable and lots of space. We had 2 adults and 2 children fit in easily and would get another adult in too. We had 4 chairs and a table in the sitting area of the tent. Excellent buy

We've just bought this tent and used it for the first time recently.

Our criteria for buying it was as follows:

My 6ft husband could stand up in it

Could be split into 2 bedrooms with one being big enough for us both and a small dog comfortably

Enough room for a table and chairs in the living area

Under £100

It fulfils all these perfectly and was easy to pitch with just the two of us.

Lovely to have so many windows in the living area (5) and also the options of a porch area with poles included.

It is quite long at 5m by 3m but it's nice and roomy for us 2 plus pooch - no way would we get the recommended 5 in there.

Overall a good value tent for the £89 we purchased it for and we love it!
