I got this tent pre-owned but only used twice. I got it in 'as new' condition. It is the first of this style of tent I have used, and I thought it was going to be complicated to put up. I was pleasantly surprised then at how easy it was to put up! The footprint was a real asset to this type of tent as I was able to use it to decide on our outlook from the tent and also ensure that all three camping pods were on level bits of ground. My kids and I put this tent up by putting up the dome first and it helped to have someone inside to lift the centre of the tent which took the pressure off the poles. Once the centre was up the side poles went in so easily. There are lots of guys on this tent and so we used the strategic ones only, but if it was windy I would use them all. The space inside the tent is very generous and the dome makes it feel spacious. The quality of the is great, lots of windows and the ability to put use the coverings as half blinds or full blinds. I found it possible to stand up in the bedroom pods too, invaluable when getting changed.

Losing a point because it's difficult to get the groundsheet to lie flat on the ground without quite a bit of adjusting of the outside straps. Still, not too big a job.

The flexibility of 3 separate bedrooms makes this range worth considering if members of the family want their own space or you wish to invite friends along on your next camping holiday. The large living area in the dome allows for best use of the space and offers maximum headroom due to the height of the poles. Hanging loops and cable entry points are sewn-in for that extra luxury of electrics in the tent (some campsites have electric hook-ups). An extended porch at the entrance allows for the extra storage space for shoes and jackets in order to keep the main living area clean and dry. Ideal for family camping.
