I bought this tent at the start of the season and took it to Skye, where it held up against some reasonably high winds and the odd heavy shower. It's a lot more generous than many 3-man tents; there were only two of us but it wouldn't be squashed with three, and the porch space easily accommodated boots and bags. L love the simplicity of this tent. The inner-first pitching meant no scrambling around inside to attach the inner, and it was very easy for one person to erect in 5 minutes. It does only have a 1500 hydrostatic head and doesn't claim to be anything it's not (I wouldn't want to trust it in a really heavy downpour), but it's the best budget tent I've had. I only paid £25 at Go Outdoors and I reckon it'll last me a couple more years at least.
