We are in love with this tent. We bought it for about £120 from Go-Outdoors whilst travelling around Scotland.
This tent has survived flooding on Skye, torrential rain all around Scotland and gale force winds.
The groundsheet is connected to the outer lining making it easy to put up and means you have some protection against floods. We did find that we would get rather wet coming in and out of the tent, but this was soon solved by buying a front porch.
It can be difficult to disassemble and fit back in the bag due to air getting trapped, easier with 2 people. It can get very hot in the sleeping area as there are no vents. Apart from that, it is perfect!

Excellent tunnel tent. Perfect size for us, two adults, one child. Takes around ten minutes to erect and we are no experts. I'm 6'3, easy to stand in. Well made, feels really sturdy. I've bought the additional porch which is a useful addition for cooking or sitting under. Highly recommended. Bought for £99, bargain.

Second season with this tent. No sign of deterioration, keeps well even in heavy downpour. Spacey enough for 4 adults. Very easy to erect. Three flexipoles, one of them colourcoded. On the negative side: tent should have an overhanging canopy at the front to prevent rain getting in when front flap is open or used to enter the tent. Mesh ventilation windows cannot be left uncovered during the rain so the lack of ventilation adds the moisture to condensate on the inside panels. Front flap and the groundsheet has no zip.

Had this for over 2 years now and had it out in some truely awful weather and it had stood up really well. Bought it coz it was cheap and it had a good rain rating which we figured we would need it in the UK. It goes up easy and packs away really well as long as you remember to unzip the front door.

Used this on our first ever camping trip last year, excellent. Had torrential rain, winds and some nice weather too. Tent stood up to it all. As a first tent it's great but not quite big enough for two adult, two kids and two dogs. Condensation was a problem as going to bed at night with two wet dogs and seemed to be a lack of ventilation. Other than that a brilliant starter tent.

I got this for my birthday from my girlfriend. We got this from go outdoor stop for £99. A real bargain. I had the tent up for the last week now at my girlfriend house in back garden. The tent is very roomy inside and as I'm 6ft3 I'm able to stand up inside. This tent had been though high wind and very heavy rain fall already and not a single drop of water inside. I found this tent very easy to put up as it took me 8mins by myself. Normal time is about 15-20mins as stated on advert. Just can't wait to use again when I'm away to bagwell farm in Weymouth next. So if your looking for a 4 person tent I would say this is the one to go for.

A fantastic put together tent. My first time real camping with a large tent, only been out in a 2 man tent before. Very spacious and excellent head room. The poles are easy to put in (red tape on the back pole for the bedroom) colour coded. Lovely living area. Big enough for a table, 3 chairs, a heater and all out kit! Small windows but let in enough light and air.
Would definitely recommend. Bargain in Go outdoors, for £120!

Great tent easy to put up. Very roomy. We are first time campers so this is a great one to start off with. For the price as well very good. Camped for the first time in a local campsite. We will be using the tent again soon. Cant wait to go again. We had more trouble putting the wind break up than the tent. We will be suggesting this tent to anyone who is starting out like us

Fantastic tent! This is my first tent I've properly used for camping. We 're able to stand up inside the tent comfortably (I.M 5ft 8 and my boyfriend is 6ft 1).
It's extremely easy to build up (a tight squeeze to get back in the bag!). The inner sleeping pod is easy to clip on too.
It has survived high winds and is spacious inside.
It's all in one, so no groundsheet to mess around with! Quality zips on the side and small windows.
Not a bad price, a great first tent! Highly recommend.

Manufacturer's Description

A great value five person tent with a large bedroom and roomy porch, ideal for first time family campers and perfect for festivals.
Easily pitched using its lightweight fibreglass poles (in reduced pole sleeves), the Freedom Trail Sendero 5 is a simple tent that''s ideal for young families, a couple with lots of kit, or groups of festival-goers.
The fully sewn-in groundsheet tkeeps out draughts and insects, while the 2 side windows (with mesh venting and roll down curtains) allow plenty of light in and give you privacy when you need it.
Plenty of luminous guy lines give the Sendero extra stability in bad weather, and help to keep it visible (especially useful on a dark, crowded campsite!)
