I bought this tent at the start of the summer. We used it in the garden a couple of times for the practice.

All in one pitch.

Pre-attached guylines are helpful.

Its easy to put up on my own (female 5ft6in)

Really only sleeps three on airbeds but I realized that when I bought it.

The bedroom area is sectioned off with a fly

Screen and a privacy screen which you can zip separately,and there is a sewn in ground sheet in there too.

Its reasonably light at 7kg and packs well into its carry bag.

The kids slept in it one night in torrential rain and stayed dry throughout.

The only negative I have about this tent is that it is only 150cm in height (we had three nights away) and I came home in a stooped position.

Other than that I love my Newland 4
