We bought the blue Quebec 8 + 4 in 2008 and first outing we were required to put the tent up in high winds which resulted in a couple of broken poles. Quick repair job and has been brilliant ever since! we have used it in all conditions and never had a leak or tear. We have occasionally had to use to a bit of duct tape on poles which have struggled in high winds but the tent itself is brilliant. We have more than had our money's worth with this bad boy and would highly recommend it (we have used it approximately 15 times in the last 5 years and its still going strong)

Wow.First time campers after a tent suitable for us (mum, dad & 3 Kiddies). Well it surpassed expectations. Was easy to get up & put away into its fantastic carry holdall. The easy to follow instructions are sewn into the pocket so you'll never lose them.!
We used it 2 years ago & put it away in the rain.
Wanting to go camping this summer we realised that we never got it out of bag to dry out.Cringing, we put it up in the garden last week, expecting mould & who knows what, but.Its perfect.About 6 small spots down in one corner but we can live with that compared to the mess we were expecting.!
Its sturdy, easy & so comfy. Would recommend to everyone.

We bought this tent last year, as it was still all brand new and never used and it was cheap, I read the reviews about the tent on here and it seemed a good buy. We have just came back from camping in it,
The tent took us 45 mins as it was our first time putting it up,
I found the instructions I found stitched in the bag that comes with it a great help and very easy to follow,
Very roomy and plenty of space and the sewn in ground sheet is well better,
It rained hard one night and the tent did not have a single problem and kept us warm and dry.
All in all a wicked tent for the 2 of us!

Best tent ever! Been on numerous trips and no matter what the weather its never let us down. This year we added the gelert Horizon Canopy to it just so that we could still sit out at night, it works well even though its not meant for the Quebec. Highly recommend this tent to anyone who enjoys the camping experience but likes a little comfort at the same time. I have had some trips with terrible weather including torrential rain and very high winds and this tent has never let me down.

Just brought one off of e-bay and already it is my dream tent. Tent up in Just 15 mins and very spacious. Plenty of light from the windows in the pods and in the roof. Roof storage and cup holders an added bonus. Only downside is that it could do with a porch and that you have to wait until it stops raining to pitch the inner. Ideal for a family as bedroom pods really do sleep 4 to a pod. My favourite tent so far- wouldn't swop it if you paid me- love it

Just got back from a week at the Plassey (near Wrexham). I'd not camped since I was about 13, and my wife and son (who is 5) had never camped before. We borrowed the tent from a friend. The tent was very easy to erect, and nice and stable once it was up. We had 1 night when the weather turned nasty, and the tent didn't move and kept us nice and dry. The roof tidy is really useful for holding keys, phones etc. All in all a really good tent.

Fantastic tent. My wife and I now pitch this in around 15 mins, easy peasey. Very roomy inside. First time we used it all five of us (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 dog) slept comfortably in one room. We now stick the kids in their own room but only because we were waking them when we went to bed. Haven't had any testing weather in this tent yet so couldn't comment on that but I would trust it as it is very sturdy

Just used my Quebec for our first camping trip since turning back to camping! what a easy tent to pitch! did it on my own in about 30 mins in very windy weather! the tent stood up brilliant in very high winds at Rivendale camp site nr Ashbourne Derbyshire.
We have two kids Syd nearly 2 and Meg nearly 7 we all slept in one side and used other for storage and eventually fridge and larder store. This side also housed the dogs cage although he slept on my bed most nights! We love it plenty of space and light and the roof storage is really useful its also easy to take down and get back into the bag! Now we need some kind of porch or utility tent for cooking etc. Cant wait for the big holiday now love the tent to bits really chuffed with purchase. Thanks to all who recommended it on this site thanks!

This tent is perfect for a family of 4. Very easy to pitch - took 30 mins 1st time in our cramped back garden which was pretty good going considering we were tripping over one another. Plenty of light inside the tent and a sewn in ground sheet were a definite bonus. We have also purchased 2 x tent carpets from Outwell (cut down to size) and a Khyam sun porch to store all the kitchen items. Kids, age 5 and 10, slept in one room and myself and OH slept in other - lots of room to store suitcases too. The loft space and side pockets were great for storing those items that you can never find when you need them. Takes no time at all too dry and pack away and is quite a bit lighter than some of the tents we looked at. Overall, really pleased with our 1st tent.
