We brought this tent in 2012 for £80 just to get away for 2 short trips with family. While the next year we had to buy better airbeds and better sleeping bags, this was perfect to start us off.
Since then we have been adding a few pieces here and there to our camping set up and this tent is still useable. There is a bit of wear and tear and a few places where it looks like to loops to peg the tent down could break away, but overall still good.
We are upgrading to a larger tent to have a bit more living space for days when the weather is not as nice and because we fear our Halford's tent won't last us too much longer.
I would definitely recommend to a small family considering camping, but not wanting/being able to shell out a lot of money straight away.

We purchased this as a starter pack for our first ever camping trip for about £100, included in that price was: - 1 x double blow up bed, 2 x single blow up beds, 4 x sleeping bags and 2 x lanterns. We have since used it for 3 weekends. (2 adults and 2 small children)
POSITIVES - Husband can put it up by himself relatively easily, has not leaked (during a very wet weekend), sleeping pods are quite snug but acceptable. Living area useful (ish) but not huge. Sleeping bags have come in handy for extra overnight guests in our house (as they are not too warm). Lanterns are ok (small but powerful) a little bit flimsy, one has cracked a bit but still working.
NEGATIVES - The ground sheet not being sewn in and combined with the fly sheet which was not long enough, we did get quite a bit of the 'outside' coming in. Tent too small to camp for longer than two nights with a family.
The beds were useless and thrown away as they all developed punctures. The sleeping bags are too thin for sleeping in a tent.
We are in the process of replacing EVERYTHING for our future camping trips to make life while camping a little more luxurious.
Overall I cant complain considering what we paid but I wouldn't have wanted to spend the RRP price.

Just used this for the first time on a weeks camping trip to Lancashire. Bought it for £80 as a package with 2 double airbeds and 4 sleeping bags. No complaints, withstood heavy rain, gusty winds and thunderstorms (we had nice weather too). We were nice and cosy in the bedrooms. Plenty of space for eating inside if weather is not so good. Great starter package.

We bought this tent to use as an awning for our very small camper but was so impressed by it that we now use it all the time when we go abroad.
We Paid £99 for it and came with 4 single sleeping bags which are a bit thin, (we take a duvet) 2 double airbeds 2 lanterns and fly sheet.
The tent is quick and easy to set up and has plenty of room inside for our table and chairs. Good height on it too! Bedrooms are very warm and cosy and it sleeps 2 adults and 2 children comfortably.
We have had this tent for around 4 years now and used it a lot. It has stood up to all weather and is still going strong, no rips or leaks. Plenty of life in her yet!
The only negatives I can say about the tent is that the fly sheet could be bigger and there is a bit of a gap around the bottom of the tent but overall a great tent for the price. Would definitely recommend as a starter camping package!

Pretty spacious, 2 adults and 2 kids lived in comfort for 2 nights in this! Keeps the rain out!
There is a gap all round the bottom of this tent, which does let some wind in.
The two sleeping pods keep nice and warm, though the air beds do seem to lose air during the night and the sleeping bags are not the warmest.
This is ok if you are looking to get into camping, but for people who are more serious about camping, definitely not so.

Cant fault the quality, price and ease of use, have looked around at different packages on the market but I think the deal we got was the best around. The tent looks good, stays put in high winds and keeps the draught out.The central inner section has head room of 2mtrs,and we easily get a small table and 4 chairs inside when the weathers not so good

We bought this at the last minute on our way to a family wedding/camping weekend, as the starter kit for £89.99
We were fantastically surprised and pleased.
It went up in high winds quite easily . And @ 5'10'' tall we could stand comfortably in the centre space and had more than ample room in the sleeping pod.
We slept very soundly in what turned out to be a VERY stormy, windy night . We were tucked up warm and cozy!
The ONLY 2 drawbacks were: the groundsheet for the centre section was slightly small and thin and with the top hinged door it shed water into the tent when you went in/out.
Would definitely recommend this tent.

I brought this in June for a weeks camping and really did not expect much from it. We had it for £89.99 and it is a good deal and it is ideal if you are not sure if camping is for you. I thought that this would only ever be suitable for nice weather, a light breeze and light showers, but how wrong was I. On our week away we had heavy torrential rain for 2 days straight to the point where you could barely see in front because it was that heavy, the wind was so strong some nights the rain was practically horizontal and a few tents went flying. We had thunder and lightening storms in the clouds. We had lovely weather as well so you can say we had a week to remember. After all this the tent was still standing, not a single rip or tear from the wind and not a drop of water leaked through, in fact despite the weather we felt safe and secure and once we tightened the guy ropes, they stayed tight. You do get what you pay for but as long as it's correctly put up you won't have any problems.

Bought our tent last year for camping with our two sons and cannot fault it at all, easy to erect in around 20 minutes (after a practice run at home!)
Cost £100 from Halfords as a starter pack including 4 sleeping bags, 2 double airbeds and 2 camping lanterns.
Used it 5 times now with no problems at all, encountered rain on a couple of occasions with no leaking.
Would recommend as an ideal starter setup.

We brought ours on ebay (tent pack including airbeds, lights, sleeping bags) for about £40.00 yes forty quid.
We didn't use it as we felt it looked too small. Used it for 1st time in May 2010 and we were pleasantly surprised. Easy to erect and big enough for weekends away for the 2 of us - we couldn't understand why we hadn't bothered before.
OK we only paid 40 notes and have seen them advertised at over £200 for a package and in all fairness for what we paid you can't go wrong.
Decent starter tent package.
