We have just came back from testing out design , made from a windbreak ,as our last trip was very wet . Loved the tent but not the open canopy so we made a door. Will try to upload photo but needless to say it worked very well and this time everything stayed dry We found the tent easy to erect and got it back in the bag first time

Just got back from our first trip with the tent and canopy. We got the tent with the canopy in a package from go outdoors.
The canopy fits snug to the tent and is so easy to erect. It probably takes an extra 15 minutes to erect.The canopy has velcro which attaches to the main pole at the top. There is elastic that fits on the side poles and velcro that then loops around these poles.We did not experience any drafts which we have with our larger tent and canopy.
The extra space it gives is amazing and gives you a large area outside for cooking , storage seating etc.
We love the canopy and it is well worth the extra money.
