This is a great as an extra piece of kit when camping.

We will use this when our group go camping in between the tents for the young children to play in / shelter from the sun / rain and use at night to sit in with friends to have a few beers.

The unit took 2 of us about 5-10 mins to erect and about 5 mins to take down and put away.

I would not use it as a main tent as the it only has a canvas material bottom and the tent is only weather tested. It does not show a Hydro / head.

Great bit of kit for in the garden too.

Good as a weekend tent. Not very good in wind and rain, the first thing to leak is the area around the 4 inside storage pockets, then the central horizontal seams start to leak. If there is a stormy wind it will creak and bend over, I had to double peg everywhere and add a few ropes on the windy side. If you try to sleep on a rainy night you will be very wet indeed! I will now only use it on hot summer short breaks.

A great tent for family trips, festivals, or just camping with your mates, Hi Gear's Party Pod is an ideal space for sleep, play, or relaxing with a drink.

Constructed with double skin, the outer layer is durable polyester with a 2000mm hydrostatic head, so will provide total protection from the rain. Combined with it's breathable inner and fully sewn-in interior, it's a comfortable shelter from the elements.

The top mesh panel and large mesh door panel give anyone inside plenty of ventilation, while the 2 large windows give you plenty of light.

There's tons of headroom inside, and it has an electrical cable access point so you can hook up your appliances.

The pre-attached guylines make it easier to pitch, and they're bright and reflective so other campers won't trip over them if you're on a crowded site.

It's great as a tent in it's own right, giving you a comfy space to sleep and relax, but also works brilliantly as an extra living or storage space if you're with a big group, or as a kids' playroom if you want to keep their recreation space separate from your own.
