We've just spent 2not very dry weeks in north Wales,this was the first time we had used the tent,went up in 25 mins. Fantastic tent we paid 350 from Somerset camping. Only down side is big front door has 4 small bits of velcro to seal the bottom and we found they were not man enough for job but easily sorted with some poppers. All in all great tent, lots of room highly recommend.

This is a great tent for a long stay in one place. Very spacious with good hight. Great for wet days because you can get lots inside with room to sit in with out ending up on top of each other. Have been camping for over 20 years and this is the best tent I have had so far. Would recommend this tent

We bought this last year for a very good price and its the best thing we have ever done. There are 6 of us and 2 dogs and there is plenty of room. We also have the carpet for this and that makes it real snug and warm under foot. We managed to get it up and kitted out in under 2 hours. There were even no arguments its so easy. Plenty of windows which we liked and the whole front can open up.

Huge solid tent, very flexible use of space with a great range of different sleeping / living options open to you within the tent itself - I am convinced you can even park your car in the tent via the front porch if you wish!. You definitely need two people to put this tent up (I tried the first time I put it up, fortunately the guy on the next pitch was able to help me at a critical moment). I also bought the ground sheet and carpet which I think are worthwhile extras

Lovely spacious tent - plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids plus equipment. Reasonably easy to put up first attempt about 40 minutes, then after that about 25 minutes. Packs nicely into 2 carry bags. We purchased the carpet and this made it cosy on your feet. Bedrooms are nice and big. Loads of windows give it a light and airy feel. We Like the way the whole front lifts up and can be kept open with poles. Purchased additional poles for the side door to keep a porch effect and tended to use this entrance most of the time.
Would highly recommend this tent it feels light and airy, is very spacious and of good quality perfect for a family of 4.
Shop around for the best price on the internet we purchase ours for £400.

Boasting all of the features of the Khyam Cleveland and many more, the Khyam Aspen Tent is a great sized 8 berth family tent. The removable internal wall divides the tent into 2 living areas - a great feature for the kids. The guest inner bedroom provides 2 separate living/bedroom areas in one tent. Remove the internal wall and guest inner and have a 6 berth tent with a truly spacious living area featuring a sewn in groundsheet and good panoramic views.
