We bought the Montpelier as a weekend tent, there are 4 of us but usually only 3 go away for weekends. We needed a tent with good head height all over and reasonable seating area. We where so happy with the tent when it arrived we decided to use it for our main 2 week holiday. We couldn't have been happier, we used the tent with our khyam sun porch and we had more than enough room. We got the tent up in 20 mins and had no problems with it during the two weeks use. Our only complaint would be the huge door which houses two windows it is too big for one person to roll up, and if there was any rain then it would let rain in and would be a nuisance. That is the only problem we have with the tent. But for the money we paid we can't fault this tent and would recommend it.

Good value for money tent. Never been camping or put a tent up before- but did not struggle and took our time and it took 30mins tops. Good quality lots of room and the vents allow good air flow for muggy nights. Would recommend you buy the carpet as its comfy for your feet and protects the ground sheet.a very good tent all round.

The simple tunnel design makes the Montpellier 4 simple and quick to erect. Angled pole ferrules maximise headroom and the fully sewn in groundsheet makes the living and sleeping areas comfortable, cosy and free from creepy crawlies. Simply a great touring tent.
