1 Reviews of the MSR Elbow Room 3

By: Angie timms  Reason: I own(ed) one  Made in: 2009   Rating:

Brilliant tent, very light weight and small pack size but when it is up it is spacious. Due to the inventive design you can sit up all around the inside which is fantastic on wet days (unlike most small tents where you can only sit up cramped in the middle. The tent goes up in just a couple of minutes. We love ours so much now we prefer to use it instead of our big Coleman tent. Our best camping by so far

Manufacturer's Description

Available from http://cascadedesigns.com

We've transformed familiar tent geometry with our Bow Frame to make the Elbow Room series our most livable freestanding shelters. While slightly less spacious than the hoop-style Mo Room tents, the ElbowRoom 2 and 3 tents are lighter. They're the best choice for those who desire the space but also tend to spend more time in the backcountry. Both feature dual entrances, vestibules, excellent ventilation and ample room to gear storage and living.

* Livable: Bow Frame lifts sidewalls and extends vestibules dramatically increasing useable space.
* Gear Storage: Two entrances and two vestibules swallow most of your gear and let you enjoy the view—even in nasty weather.
* Excellent Ventilation: Kickstand vents on fly, mesh ceiling panel and 2-way zip doors provide excellent flow-thru ventilation.
* Versatile: Easily carried for backpacking with enough space for comfort while road tripping or family camping.
