A friend has this one and also finds the porch fab for muddy/wet boots! things like this are important especially in wetter weather. Also good for light sleepers as wind noise not too bad due to heaviness of fabric. I will probably buy this when I renew ,or a similar one with the optional porch, I think it is quite reasonably priced too

Good porch which zips to main tent, has room to sit/cook under, easy enough to put up, takes 5 minutes. A good addition to tent. The porch is not essential but once we started to use it we would not be without it. The porch has windows in the side so you have some visibility to the sides as well. We store boots and the cooker in the porch and this frees up some room in the tent.
The porch uses 2 straps and 2 shorter guy lines to stabilise the porch.
It is a mixture of canvas and polyester so no rustling in the wind.

This optional front porch in matching fabrics is a must have accessory that simply zips on to the Nomad Bantu 5 Air tent. It creates a usable area for sheltering from the sun or rain, a dry entrance to the tent, and a great place to sit in the shade.
