1 Reviews of the Oregon Trail

I was living in a used Oregon Trail Tent for awhile in Sweden. The Oregon trail tents a double layer tent with a rainfly or outer skin that connects to the inner tent.
The Oregon Trail tent was bought in Sweden at a Intersport in Varberg Sweden around 1998. When I started using the tent it was record heat in Sweden so made for a nice summer yet still at night it got a little cold. The tents outer skin or rainfly and 2nd layer seemed high quality material that did make a little difference in the wind chill factor.
I wanted to review the Oregon Trail 4 Plus tent in hopes to draw out anyone that has owned or seen this brand tent before. I can not find much information online about the Oregon Trail tents at all and to find replacement poles and maybe even a new outer skin could make it worthy of a few years use if not lifetime.
I sadly only got to live in the tent a bit over a month before I found rips in the outer tent caused by a few kids throwing *BIG HEAVY* rocks at my tent. Upon return from showing my art at the market place I caught a few kids in the act of tossing rocks on my tent. Sadly I did sew the places and tried to repair the tent but now it still leaks in and one of the pole sections are damaged so when it rains with the damage done it is like a pool of water inside the tent. *not the making of the tents fault it was the kids destroyed my tent and sewing a tents never good eh*

The Oregon Trail tent was bought in Sweden at a swedish sporting good shop Intersport via Halland Sweden around 1998. I am sorry I can not find links to the tent brand for sale nor can I find links or information on the company for I fear they may no longer sell the tent. You can see pictures and videos with the tent on www.opps.se
