It was after reading the review by Kitty Jeeves, that we decided to buy this particular tent. Didn't have one before, but wanted something that we (myself, partner and small dog) could use to get away for some camping trips.

This tent is a dream to put up, really is that easy and one person could do it if necessary. Have now used it for four trips and the technique to putting this up is well refined.

After the first trip, I decided to buy the add on extension, which I found online at half the retail cost. It really has made the whole camping living experience so much better. The extension however is a real pig to put up, needs two people for sure. But is worth the effort and cost. The difference it makes to the living experience in the tent is well worth it.

The way it attaches to the main tent is by an elasticated hem and can pull the roof section down when connected. Needs a bit of trail and error to get it right. We look at using this whenever we can. We use it in the same way as the previous reviewer and that gives us the space and storage exactly as needed. Dread to think how crowded it would be with four or even six people in it!. All in all this tent will get a lot of use over the next few years for sure.

What a cracking family tent (although there is just the two of us and the dog). We have just upgraded from the 6 berth Outwell Oakland L, which was plenty big enough for us but a bit of an effort to erect with just the two of us. The Outwell Cruiser 6AC is a dream to pop up with just a few pumps of the pump, its just about ready to go and can be done alone! Slightly bigger than our old tent, the extra height and extra front space feels fabulous. We use two bedrooms as one and the third as a kind of storage-cum-dressing room. The front canopy is a boost too as it protect from any oncoming rain and also partial shade when sitting outside. Great overall tent and now available from various outlets, well under the initial Ł1000 price tag

The four room inflatable Cruiser 6AC tunnel tent sleeps six in a 2+2+2 layout with pre-shaped tubes for stability and headroom. Design features for comfortable tent living include Ambassador Master Bedrooms, a front canopy with Duratec fibreglass brow pole and side panels, tinted windows with toggle-up curtains, two side doors and full insect mesh in all doors.
