A reasonably sized package arrived and it was my new Event Lounge from Outwell, it is not heavy weighing in at just 14.3kg.
Very well packaged and simple to follow instructions are sewn in to the bag.
This took two of us about 10 minutes to put up and it is possible on your own too, but may take longer.
It is a good size and we managed to sit around 8 of us under it to keep out of the sun. It did not rain on first use, so cannot comment on its rainproof abilities.
There is the apex ventilation allowing airflow through the top and there is also a lamp hanging point.
This has a UPF of +50 which was perfect for us when trying to keep the baby out of the sun.
This is a great bit of kit and we will use it when we are with friends, or on those really sunny or wet days.

Offering versatile freestanding outdoor shelter with a wide range of uses, the Outwell Event Lounge M is a sturdy, stable design with easy access and standing headroom. Apex ventilation and a central lantern hanging point plus two mesh pockets extend its practical flexibility. Its silver-coated, PU-proofed polyester fabric has a hydrostatic head of 1500mm. To make a larger shelter, a gutter can connect compatible designs.
