I purchased this tent in June 2021 after previously purchasing 5 man Outwell tent which we found fantastic, just bit small for our growing children. I was absolutely shocked by the decline in quality in Outwell tents, this tent is nothing like our previous Outwell, we found so many manufacturing faults and flaws ( hole in fabric, missing stitching, zippers not designed to zip all the way around, main door fabric only attached by 3 pieces of badly stitched velcro, only one ehu access point compare to previous models having one on each side) everything felt cheap and badly made. We contacted our seller and they immediately offered us a refund after we provided photos of all the things that were wrong. Personally It put me off of buying more tents made by Outwell, which I always thought was a top brand, but paying £600 for tent that was more like supermarket tent quality is just not acceptable. I definitely would not recommend this particular tent at all.
