Great tent, relatively easy & quick to pitch with two people. Polycotton flysheet which should be durable as well as cool in summer sun and warm in winter (in March) compared to polyester tents. Good layout with plenty of space for four. Vertical front door means that you can make full use of the internal area and also the covered porch area at the front. Disadvantage of not having an extension or awing available for this model so if you needed to extend then you'd need to buy a new tent.

Manufacturer's Description
The Outwell Newgate 5 three room tunnel tent sleeps five in two bedrooms comprising striped 100% pongee polyester fabric. The large living room enjoys a flat front with D-shaped door plus additional side door with full insect mesh to all doors. A large canopy with side panels offers additional shelter and shade.
