We bought this to provide shelter outside the front door of our Ontario, meaning no wet shoes, coats, etc had to be brought inside.
It turned out to be one of the best camping purchases we've ever made. We had plenty of space to store our coolbox, table, chairs and cooking stand. Even when it was raining we had enough shelter to eat underneath it. And when the weather was lovely, we had somewhere to sit and chill out in the evening when the temperature started to fall!
Easy to put up and take down, stored in a relatively small bag.
Have deducted one point as there was poor stitching on the webbing strap on one of the front pegging points which came apart on the first day we used it. The extension itself did stand up well to some fairly gusty weather however.

Manufacturer's Description
Outwell’s Front Extensions are ideal if extra shelter is wanted, or useful extra storage space at the front of the tent. Like any Extension, it can be left at home if not required, but is a great bonus during longer camping breaks when storage and living space becomes a priority.
Recommendation: More suited to those wanting additional storage space and shelter attached to the tent.
