This tent is brilliant.I am a five foot nan and easily put this tent up on my own.Loads of room for two double air beds for when the grandchildren come on holiday with me.Lovely having the bug netting and windows so even on a rainy day the tent is bright with plenty of space for a table and chairs, very necessary for games with the children on bad weather days.I have used this tent for twelve holidays and apart from a couple of split poles I am very pleased with it.

Excellent tent, great size for family of four, very easy to put up and dismantle. Has good storage pockets in and out the bedrooms. Love it.
Couple of draw backs - I bought this tent couple of years ago and it is hard now to buy accessories i.E. Ground sheet and carped. No extensions or porches that are manufactured by Outwell for this tent, and it has been hard to find advice. Otherwise excellent.

I brought this tent after reviewing all Outwell tents on this site. For the price it was the biggest living area which was large enough for 2 adults and 1 teenager. We did have some rain but no leaks so very impressed overall. The tent is also tall enough so you didnt have to stoop. Only setback is you cant buy extras (If anyone has found other makes or models that do fit would be great if they can put in their review).
Would recommend this tent for small families.

Bought this tent on sale at Argos which was excellent value for money. We use this tent on all weekend trips away or on occasion a weeks holiday if only two of us going. It is a great tent with plenty of space and we have lived in it with tv unit, wardrobes and chairs leaving us still plenty of room in living area. The bedrooms are two good space doubles or one large bedroom area with centre partition unzipped. The Vango added porch means a great sized kitchen area. We rated this tent an 8 only due to the fact that the lack of accessories is disappointing. ( no porch or sun canopy available )

Just to confirm this seems a brilliant buy.Although Ive only pitched in the garden it looks and feels really good quality. We got this for £69,99 from Argos Outlet so a real bargain. I can confirm the Outwell Nevada 4 carpet and groundsheet fit perfectly. As we have bought these for ours and have tried them as you can see in the pictures we posted.

We bought this tent because we fancied trying camping again after many years, but didn't want to commit too much money in case we didn't like it anymore. So the first plus for this tent is that it is a great price.
It's a pretty easy tent to pitch, and the quality of manufacture seems to be very good, with no evidence of poor stitching etc.
With 3 doors you have plenty of entrance options, we liked the storm porch to stop heavy rain coming in when you enter/exit the tent. There are also plenty of options with canopies, windows and ventilation.
We've used the tent for 2 one week breaks, and experienced rain both times, including an absolute cloud burst. The tent remained completely dry throughout.
The main minus for us is the amount of slope to the front and that the front corners are cut off, whilst we realise that this will help it withstand higher winds, you do lose space inside because of it.
Overall a good tent.

This is a great tent. It is so easy and quick to put up. If you're looking for a simple tent where you are outside for most of the time or for short breaks it is great. I wouldn't use it for long holidays in this country because there is not a lot of room to sit around in in the evenings if it rained with a family. But then I am a fairweather camper so if it rained for too long I would just go home. If there's just two of you though it would be great. When it's packed in its bag it's small enough not to need a trailer and all that nonsense. I consider it a very good buy and very good value.

To be fair, there isn't much more I can add that Bluegreen hasn't already written. Their review is almost exactly what I would have written. I am taking their advice and going to buy my porch poles tomorrow. This is the only thing that is lacking. Also Just wanted to say, we use a toilet tent and due to the shape of the 'porch' it looks like the toilet tent is almost attached to the tent. We have it so that you can unzip your tent zip and step straight into your loo tent then put a windbreak around it stopping anyone else getting access to the loo tent except through the tent.
I bought this from Argos in the sale for £100. It is THE best tent I have ever had. Perfect for 4 people, but there was only 3 of us so bag's of room.

We bought this tent last year in a sale and have been waiting to use it ever since! We have just returned from a short break in Dorset and can confirm what previous users have said in relation to putting it up and then down again.Really easy and easily fits into the bag provided.
We had moderate rain which was not an issue.
For a reasonably priced tent it is great and we'd recommend it.

This must be the bargain of the year for couples or small families. £99:95 brand new on Ebay. I've just put it up,took photos and dismantled it on my own with relative ease in next to no time. 30 minutes erecting but probably quicker with a bit of help.Peg out the base, pop the three poles in then pull it up from one end like a concertina opening.Peg out the guy ropes that end then do the same to the opposite end. Five minutes pegging out the rest gets the job done. I was very pleased with the internal dimensions. Two sleeping pods that can each accommodate a double inflatable mattress with ease. There is a detachable zipped divider that leaves you with one huge sleeping area. Some reviews have mentioned concerns about finding extras such as footprints and carpets. After reading reviews on other sites I took the advice that the dimensions are the same as the Outwell Nevada 4 and these items are still available at knock down prices, brand new, on Ebay. £29:95 for carpet and less than £20:00 for the footprint. I can confirm that these both fit perfectly and make the tent more comfortable. I also bought separately a pair of 185cm Vango porch poles that fit perfectly and can be used on the large front opening or the side doors so you can arrange shade easily where you best need it. The big front door and the two side doors each have the options of having the clear windows left as they are for maximum light, curtains toggled in place for privacy or doors rolled up and mesh doors zipped up for light and bug prevention. On one side door there is a small extended porch which should help keep rain from entering the tent which is a nice useful feature. Apart from the three windows, one in each door, there are also two more triangle shaped windows at the front, also with curtains. There is a small zip entry for electric hook up to be passed through with velcro cable tidies leading to the lantern hook. All in all a nice, easy to erect tent thats comfortable and versatile. Built to the usual high standard the you expect from Outwell with a slightly lower Hydrostatic Head of 2500mm. I've personally had two nights of hurricane hell in an Igloo with 1500mm HH and stayed perfectly dry so I,m confident that this tent will offer perfectly good protection from the British weather. One reviewer raised concerns over replacement poles. No problem. Go Outdoors stock a range of suitable diameter replacement poles just in case the worse happens. I hope my review is helpful and happy camping!
