I needed to upgrade my tent to a bigger one, this tent can fit up to 5 people. The tent is very easy to put up but at least 2 people are needed 3 makes it easier and faster! The steel poles makes it feel really firm and steady.
There are 3 rooms, the bedroom can be used as 2 rooms or one big one, great for keeping an eye on kids but also gives privacy when getting changed or camping with others. 2 double air beds can easily fit into the bedroom area. We had a double air bed, travel cot, dog bed all and clothes in the bedroom area. The living area is nice, not too big but not too small, I felt it was the right size. Great if its raining and you want to have tea with the chairs and table.
It has a choice of 2 doors, I like to use the bigger door as you can keep it open and get lots of fresh air in, fly sheets are attached and very handy.
Nice big windows which can be covered up and lots of air vents.
The groundsheet is attached so no cheeky night time animals trying to steal your food! (yes this has happened to me!) Very helpful to dog owners and people with small children.
The poles are colour-coded which makes it easy to put together (a real time saver!)
Over all a great tent for a small family!

I love this tent< It's dead easy to put up and take down, has great living space and is rock solid,
I bought it because of the metal frame and it's worth the extra weight, it doesn't budge even even the strongest winds we've had in our lovely summers.
I wish I could find an awning though. Just for rainy days then we can all have seats around the table.

I was apprehensive about buying this tent as I was aware it was an Outwell sold for Argos, however at £99 thought it was worth a punt as a weekend tent. Couldn't really fault it, no leaks, no problem re condensation. There is 2 of us, so enough room but wouldn't have wanted 4 or 5 of us in it though. Very easy to pitch & I can do it on my own. All in all a great value tent.

Our first camping trip with 2 children aged 8 years and 6 years was made august 26 2012 to the forest of dean and wow!. We bought it form Argos clearance for 89.99 along with friends (who own 2 other larger Outwell tents and wanted a smaller one). My husband was very sceptical (a hotel holidayer!) But really enjoyed it. Now: it pitched very easy by the men, very light and area feel, a double room and an ex room (hubby is 6.4' and had no problem with height either standing or laying down to sleep).
The weather was truly British and we had thunderstorms and lightening with heavy rain for 3 days and nights with not a drop getting in. No problems with zipping up doors. And the little canopy over the one side door was great as we used this as an entry point which kept the rain at bay. Roomy inside but held our hi gear table, hi gear cooking stove, 2 bikes and 2 chairs (when weather was bad), clothes ect. When it was nice and the tent emptied of bikes and stove. It looked great.
I would highly recommend this tent< great quality

Fantastic tent. Much more than we expected for the money (£130 off ebay!).
Very spacious with excellent quality stitching all round. Has light metal poles as opposed to the carbon ones. These made the tent feel really stable and solid and chance of the snapping.
First time we put it up took only 20 minutes ans disassembly less.
Great tent, great value.

We are very lucky to have an Argos end of range shop near us and bought this tent for £45 - yes £45!- last November( still in its box and tagged)as a spare - already own an orchy.Got to say it was a brilliant buy -just returned from a very wet 10 days in Scotland and not a drop of rain got in. But then again it is an Outwell.Particularly liked the fold away bedroom as there are only the 2 of us so the kitchen/cooker was out of the way and we had extra living space. No problems with the door canopy though it was a bit tight but managed to fit it ok.Great buy for £45!

Just purchased a Vancouver off ebay, got a great deal , have just put it up in the garden to check it. Have had Outwell before and really rate them for attention to detail. Must admit to being very apprehensive to buying without seeing . The canopy that fits over the side door is really tight , to the extent we haven't fitted the fibreglass pole in yet. Hubby is contemplating cutting it down a little , mmmm! Has anyone else had a similar problem ? Great tent , hope it rains in the night so we can make sure it is watertight . The size and layout of the tent are perfect for us 2xadults and 1 child , really pleased with living layout and hubby commented on how 'light and airey' it felt , so he must be impressed.Really like the idea of the zip away bedroom when one is not in use , gives more storage space . Looking forward to a weekend away in it.

Easy to pitch, 3 room tent. 1 main lounge area, 2 bedrooms that are divided by a zip curtain. Window options include blinds and/or mesh. Perfect for a weekend get away - we had 2 adults, 2 kids and 1 dog (complete with cage), kitchen equipment and fold away chairs in this tent and still had room to walk around. Currently 1/2 price in the Argos sale, a brilliant buy for the Outwell name and quality.
