3 Reviews of the Peakland Matlock

Absolutely brilliant tent, Plenty of room and one of the easiest tents to put up we have ever had. The only snag is I wish they had made it so the outer goes up first as when its raining the inner gets wet. Although it does dry very quickly. Choice of doors to use if wind changes direction and plenty of windows VERY GOOD TENT

My husband & I bought the Peakland Matlock last year, our first tent ever! We love it, fairly easy to put & take down - takes about an hour in total to set up camp completely. It's great because the living space is big enough for kitchen, bags, table & chairs and with four windows, you can read the paper inside even if it's a rainy grey day. I do wish it had more of a porch but for us (only us two) it does the job perfectly. It has never leaked and has stood up well to some rough winds. More of those clever pockets/hanging spaces might have been useful and with a double blow up bed, there's no other room in the bedroom but that works for us. I would buy similar again.

We currently own a Matlock and had no problem pitching or taking down. Plenty of room for myself, hubby and 14 year old son, although think would be really snug if more than 4 of you!

Manufacturer's Description

Range of tents made exclusively for Yeomans Outdoors

It has two large bedrooms which can be made into one very big bedroom, A very spacious living area complete with 3 doors (two leading straight outside and one to the large porch area) a hoop in the ceiling for a light and 4 large windows, finally it has a large porch area perfect for storing shoes etc.

At the rear of the bedrooms there is a large ventilation window that can be sealed, opened slightly to stop any rain but still allow air to enter or it can be opened completely to allow plenty of fresh air on those warm summer nights.

Erected in two stages firstly the inner tent is designed to stop any flies, insects or bugs getting into the tent, secondly the waterproof/windproof outer tent is designed to keep you dry, warm and breeze free.

Easily erected using 5 colour coded poles all attached to the inner tent for ultimate longevity, Thick bright yellow guy ropes for maximum visibility and strength when you need it most.
