Bought this tent new, this summer.After a lot of searching. Took it out for first use at beginning of summer holidays, 40mph winds and it rained for 24hrs. We remained dry, and once the sun came out the tent dried out very quickly.
Due to us pitching poorly the canopy above the living area became bowed and quickly filled with water. But an adjustment of the guy ropes sorted that out.Sleeping space more than adequate for the x2 adults and x2 children.
Lip over front door area just big enough to allow the unzipping of the half door.
These models of tent have no extensions or awnings, so if raining and stuck your inside, no cooking,which means chip night.
So purchased a Quechua Tarp to extend to front canopy, and be able to get the stove out and at least have a cuppa.
Overall a very well constructed roomy Family tent
