1 Reviews of the Quickhiker Ultralight 2
By: Jamy1978 Reason: I've used one Made in: 2016 Rating:
- Very good tent for the price (regarding other more expensive manufacturers).
- Very easy and quick pitch up, even under the rain and in windy conditions.
- Waterproof
- DECATHLON/QUECHUA warranty : in cas of any issue/flaw it is replaced by the manufacturer.
CONS:
- With 2 peoples inside, a lot of moisture in the morning on the inside of flysheet. Venting could be improved. You will have to open a zipper to avoid that. But the inside of the room is dry.
- Abside a bit small to stock 2 backpacks (1 is ok) and shoes at nigth. But still OK.
We have used it in Corsica, Alps (dry conditions), and on the Skye Trail (rainy, windy), with an additional ground sheet (rescue blanket) and it was OK.
For long hiking (more than 1 Week) with rainy conditions expected, I could consider something more roomy. But I strongly recommend this tent.
