We have used this tent in all weather conditions and on numerous camping trips and have not had any problems with it, including in one very wet week in the lake district. It is designed for warmer climes and on warmer days it is great to open up the massive front door and side doors. We are a family of two adults, a one year old and a Labrador and we find it plenty big enough for our needs and storing all of our kit. Our only gripes would be the separate ground sheet as if you don't peg the sheet in properly and square you can see patches of grass between the pods and the groundsheet, not great for a crawling around baby. Also it can get fairly cold due to the not attached groundsheet and mesh for windows etc so not ideally suited to the variable British weather but we tend to use a heater when we have electric hook up. Not had any problems in heavy rain and maybe when people have had problems it could be down to the tent not being erected properly. We find it very simple to erect and pack away. On the whole we are pleased with it.

We are a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 kids now 8 6 and 3 years old. We liked this tent because it opens up so well to the front and sides. It is large and easy to erect. But it has some serious faults and we have just thrown it away following its complete collapse in moderate wind.
This tent cannot cope with British weather. Day 2 of a 5 nighter in Dorset and after pegging down we left the tent to visit parents. On our return the tent was in a heap on the floor. The Farmer had piled straw bales on top to stop it flying away!
We ended up in a hotel and had to buy another tent the next day to continue the holiday. We got a Vango Tigris which we had to take back to the shop for a refund on the way home. See separate review.
This was not the first time wind had been an issue and I had replaced about 5 pole sections that had split.
Another issue is the groundsheet which is not sewn in. The flysheet does not meet it so if you have heavy rain expect puddles in the tent.
All in all avoid unless you only camp abroad in sunshine without wind.

Just got back from 2 weeks camping near Millau. Our first tent and first camping holiday, since I was a kid.
This tent was fantastic for the warm weather, loads of way's of opening it up for the breeze. Like some other quechua tents it had a gap round the bottom edge, which caused us no problems.I don't know if I'd fancy it in really heavy rain and gales though. One of the supporting poles did start to collapse a bit, but I think this was down to our error, rather than manufacturer.
The bedrooms were fine for us, 2 adults in one,3 boys(15,9 and 8)in the other and we all had plenty of room.
All in all a brilliant tent, and a massive living space, which on the one day it did rain, didn't make us feel like we were all on top of each other.
Would definitely recommend for warm weather camping.

Extends from 12.5 to 16 sq m under the permanent canopy when the front panel is fully opened (even when it rains) -- Light -- 5 doors and 5 big windows (can be closed off) -- Easy access thanks to the partially opening side -- Permanent canopy= no need to set up and remove the canopy throughout the day (when it rains, when you leave the tent...) -- Removable groundsheet -- Remove the bedrooms to make a 20sq m mess tent! Bedroom2 bedrooms comfortably sized for 3 (2m x 2.1m), and comfortable head room with 1.8m -- Breathable polyester and low level flaps -- 8 pockets inside + 4 outside each bedroom.
