Purchased this tent new for Ł150 on the internet and used 5-6 times so far. It really is a big tent with spacious bedrooms - it is a heavy package but you get great space. Easy to put up with practice. It has roof windows as well as front and rear windows - only slight problem is with condensation on the roof windows which can cause the occasional 'drip', not a big problem as it is outside of the bed areas. The dual guy ropes are a pain so we have split those to singles which works better. It has proved to be a very spacious and dry tent, pretty stable when all guys are used. Not available new now but Royal tents seems to be very good value - just shop around and save as much as half the normal price.

Just had our first long holiday in this tent. (10 nights)

Had weekends before but this was a real test.

We had sun, wind and rain. No rain got through but the higher gusts could blow the tent inward even though it would always push back out again.

This is a massive tent with 3 very good bedrooms. A bit daunting to put up at first but easily done with 2 people and practice. Great family tent.

The Royal Garonne 6 is a large six berth dome tent. The 3 x 2 person cabins mean that it can be used as 6 berth or a large 4 berth tent. The front porch adds useful storage space. This tent has two entrances - front and rear.
