I bought this second hand from ebay for £90 and have owned it for the last 3 years. I would guess it is over 15 years old.
It's been to France x 1 and Cornwall twice with us.
I cannot fault the tent.
Approx 4m square, 1 bedroom area across the back which is split into 3 bedrooms by drop down sheets. The centre bedroom has been modified with a hanging pole to make a wardrobe.
As with all canvas tents it feels so secure in all weathers and has not leaked at all.
The bottom 12' of the tent has a pvc mud strip all around which is a good idea.
Pitching is standard for steel framed tents and takes about 45mins to complete (2 people)
All in all anyone on a budget wanting to try out the canvas experience cannot go wrong with a second hand one of these tents.
Of cause I am sure there will be plenty of bad ones out there, just do your research first and enjoy.

The Continental 6 has a large spacious living area and sleeps up to six in it's large divided inner tent. An added feature is the upright kitchen which is fully functional because of the tents extra tall eave height. Both front and side panels roll up and there is a proper stable door for extra ventilation. Other unusual things on a tent of this price are the reinforced frame corner brackets and the plentiful legs (8 in total) which are essential for stability. Great value for a great holiday.
