This is a really useful utility tent, as it's large enough to cook and eat in, see my photos, can fit a kitchen and picnic table in. But it's also small enough to hide discreetly at the back of your tent so as not to incur an extra charge for a 'gazebo'. I have used it pitched separately from my main tent and also butted up to the back or front door of the tent to use as an extension. This is possible as the Day Room Mini has doors on front and rear, a very useful feature.
It's simple to erect, four rigid corner poles and two cross-over flexi roof poles. Only the roof poles to thread through, the tent clips onto the legs at the sides. Though I have erected it myself, it would be at lot easier with two people.
Have used in all weathers and it has not leaked in rain and has remained stable in wind. Surprisingly, no condensation either, perhaps due to the gap at the bottom with no mud flaps.
My only criticism would be that there are only corner pegging points and with the size of it, I would like some in the middle of each side too, but have used clingons to rectify this.

Very easy to put up, was waterproof and took a fair bit of wind. Its a great space inside we use as a kitchen tent, great head height and was fab for our all our cooking and storage needs. The doors and curtain options are very good. I can only fault it on the fact that the fabric does not have rain flaps - minor niggle I suppose but it did allow for some movement on the more windy days - I am very please we bought this including delivery we paid £90.00.
