Great tent, have had it for years and still going strong. It's very spacious and the sewn in groundsheet helps to stop problems with condensation. Have used this in some pretty extreme conditions and never had problems with water coming in. You can also stand up in the porch and the bedroom bit which is great. The only comment I would make it that there's no way you could sleep 4 people in there, at least not in the bed bit. We did sleep 2 adults and 2 children in it once but two of us had to go in the porch bit.

Great looks. Practical with huge living area. Relatively easy to pitch for two people.
We have experienced no problems with this tent despite some extremes of weather this season.
One drawback is that it is marketed as a four berth. You would struggle with sleeping four in this.
The extension is a must for cooking and storage and well worth the money.
Buy the tent and extension together for 250 quid at Outdoor megastore and your laughing.
