This is a brilliant tent. It's been in use since 1995 and I would love another one as a spare. It's strong waterproof and has bags of room. It consists of a huge bedroom that can be sectioned off to create more sleeping pods and a huge living space with kitchen area this merges into living area with three floor to ceiling PVC windows with fitted curtains each window can be rolled up to create a gazebo style front. This tent has seen some of the worst English weather and never budged totally watertight. It's a frame tent and the poles are quite heavy but this is a small price to pay for such a good tent. You will need a large groundsheet. The tent has guttering sewn in to deter water away from the groundsheet. It's warm when it's cold and it's cool when it's hot all round good egg of a tent . I wish suncamp still made these tents ,but if you see one for sale get it .
