2 Reviews of the Quantum 800

We have been caravanners for a number of years, but had to sell the caravan due to a house move. We decided to purchase a tent and after looking at a number of makes and styles decided to purchase the Quantum 800 with extension. It cost over £500 and the size of the tent was great, we have two small children (5 and 1) and it is ideal. We slept in one side of tent and used the other side for eating, cooking and sitting. It is tall enough to stand up in and has plenty of room (it needed to be with two small kids, toys, etc). Would recommend to anyone. One person can put the tent up and it is sturdy.

Following the theft of our beloved Victory I purchased last month the Quantum. My friends told me it was the same as the Shadow, after using it I can advise it is not.
It's more solid and the poles seem to be creating a bit more width by reducing the side wall intrusion. The items below are the other bits we found.
Every thing we liked about the Sunncamp range is here, space, value, good zippers, but the thing I craved on the victory was mesh panelled doors, every door, front rear and bedrooms has a mesh panel. Brilliant.
Quick took me 40 minutes to get up.
Fabric seemed different from the Victory as did the floor which is very tough. On closer investigation both are better graded than anything I could find when we went shopping for it. Saving up for the canopy for my new dog next.
Others we considered were offerings from Outwell, Gelert and Coleman. None came close for my eyes so definitely add this to your list. It's not cheap but it's certainly a keeper
