Bought this as an ex-display model for £140 & we`re very pleased with it, it`s the largest 3 berth we`ve ever owned & at just over 6m in length & 3.5m at it`s widest it has great living space. The centre pole does dictate as to how you have your camping furniture laid out, but we didn`t find it to be a problem. Very easy to put up initially, did this by myself in about 15 minutes, but it has a lot of pegging out to do once it`s up, probably took another 20 minutes or so to get it all nice & taut & perfectly pegged out. It`s very stable in winds & has a 5000 HH, so didn`t leak even the tiniest bit during a pretty good downpour. Only giving this an 8.5 because I feel it would benefit from two more windows inside (there are only two windows inside, the other two are in the porch area, although the front door has a full mesh screen which gives good ventilation & visibility when the doors are rolled back.). The porch area is a great idea & stretches out for a good metre, giving shelter from the winds whilst sitting out & handy for the BBQ as well. Couldn`t fnd a review of this tent anywhere online & it`s not often I buy a tent without reading reviews on here, but it`s such a good looker we decided to risk it & we`re pleased we did. Can`t wait for next season to get it back out.
