What can I say bought in 2009 was ok there was a storm and stayed dry,took down the beach for an overnight stay and was good but last week took the kids to Dunn street farm Ashford! on the second and last night was heavy rainfall and it was not waterproof rain came through the sides & top had to use a small emergency tarpaulin I took thankfully stopped the drips! I would recommend this for occasional nights or good for dry weather even high winds but for heavy rain forget it! Now I am trying to find a newer tent. I may try using some waterproof stuff I have seen on ebay and a larger tarpaulin as even second hand tents that are bomb proof cost the earth! : z
